If you want to learn windsurfing, Koers Zuid is a good starting point. Showers, two changing rooms for men and women and a storage area for surfboards are also available here. The learning material is of course a little bit old, but it is enough to learn windsurfing. After surfing you can drink in the club house a coffee or beer and wait for the next wind. Best direction for the lake is West / North West wind. Otherwise, I would recommend Oolderplas at the other end of Roermond. So five stars for the location, the club members and the atmosphere.
