Most days I leave there without pain, pain that has been there for days or weeks with little to no relief until after the adjustments. He has given me simple exercises that have helped my neck, back and knees. He not only adjusts my joints but works on muscle knots to allow the joints to relax and go back into place with less effort. My hip was out and had been for weeks. After only 4 visits my hip was back in place and the pain was gone. Same for my shoulder. My left knee had started to swell and I thought I would have to see my rheumatologist but after 2 visits the swelling reduced and the pain disappeared. I highly recommend this company.
