Received boxes only to find that some of the glasses were (not subtly) broken - see pic. This happens - see prior review 1/15/25. Communicated by email to return items and was provided a return label. I will admit that we reported the broken glass after the 48hr period (although within 7 days), but that was only because we were out of town and did not open the boxes for some days after they arrived (accepted by doorperson in building in NYC). Because we technically did report after 48hrs, I agreed to pay the shipping fees (approx $100). They signed for and confirmed receipt of the boxes. This was in mid May 2025. We heard nothing from them and did not get a CC refund. We reached out eventually again end of June 2025. It took several phone calls to ultimately reach the person making the decisions. At this point that person refused to provide a full refund even though they were in possession of the entire order. He accused me of using the glasses (and breaking one apparently) even though there was no evidence to support this. To be clear, we purchased $3000 worth of glasses. I am a cardiologist and my wife is an attorney. We were being accused of behavior that we would NEVER engage in, as it is unethical and couldn't possibly be worth it to us. It was insulting and was added to the injury of not being refunded (despite accepting the fully returned merchandise). I am obviously involving my CC company to be refunded at this point. To be clear, I am not writing this review to strengthen a case for a refund (I feel more than comfortable that I will be made whole by the CC company, as they accepted the entire return and have provided no refund ($3000)). Rather I wanted to communicate to any potential future customer of Atkinson's to BEWARE. Their inventory is nice and the prices competitive, but if there are any issues, you will be at risk. For the level of product, it just doesn't make sense not to purchase elsewhere.

Like the fridge walked on its own and caused it !!! Carmen is specially very rude and unprofessional. 1-They moved the fridge to bring in the counter top and dropped the fridge it on the entrance tiles and broke and damaged the tiles.Refusing to take any responsibility for their actions. 2- They secured the dishwasher into place drilled holes into it and put a rough piece of wood to secure it causing a hole into the dishwasher which also sits crooked and not flush with the counter top. 3- There is a dark line in the middle of the white counter top that looks like a crack. They send their installer to look at these issues,all he did was rub acetone on it and made a mess by throwing some superglue on the tiles like that is going to fix the problems then kept staring at the damages and spoke a foreign language to the owners and did not seem to know what to do. They followed covid protocol. Fantastic job from them. All done within a half day and this was back in October 2020. A few months later the stone developed a crack from an unseen flaw. Called them up and they sent someone out to inspect the flaw. Through job done. Nothing was dropped on it or anything. Just one of those things that happen as we all missed the flaw and want noticed until June 2021. New same stone was ordered and a date set up. They came at 8am and the old counter top was out in an hour. Our back splash is one of a kind and they didn't harm it at all. Excellent job done. New stone installed and all is done. They are a bit more expensive because they only use top of the material that you will not have a problem with. Service? Top notch. You can't ask for anything or anyone better. They have top notch staff, right from sales selection staff to installation. I cannot say anything bad about them. Use them. You will be greatly satisfied looking at your counter tips for years to come.
