I had a pressure washer that wasn't turning over and after I replaced the spark plug and cleaned the carburetor, it still wasn't turning over. I figured I was out of my depth and some engine work was probably required, likely coil replacement. When I explained everything at LarsEngines, it was indicated that I was in queue and it would likely take a week which was unfortunate because I was hoping to use the pressure washer for a project that weekend. Long story short, it was a quick fix that didn't require shipping of additional parts and because they actively listened to my need for the unit by the weekend, I got it back in time to make that happen. These folks do good work, listen to customer needs, and are honest.

We were charged and they didn't even do the job! On top of that, they told him the tractor was ready for pickup, so he made the trip out there, only to be told once he arrived that it actually wasn't ready. That's a complete waste of time and shows a lack of communication and organization. Mechanics are inexperienced, and management is not properly overseeing the work or the customer experience. I'd be cautious about trusting them with your equipment!

She was passionate about the project and very transparent about what she believes is best practice for backyard gardening. We spent several weeks after our initial consultation discussing the project and budget, and Lara was extremely patient with my questions, ideas, and changes. She also made every effort to explain why certain things should be this way(I tried to maximize planting space by adding a lot of raised beds with narrow paths, but it's important to mind the aesthetics because it's in your backyard not an actual farm & pay attention to your comfort level when moving around in the garden). The truck was extremely dirty inside and out and the right tail light was out on the flat bed. No customer service. "You crossed the toll without a FastTrak so you pay for it or $25.00 gets added on to your credit card." Just a learning experience to NEVER rent from this company and location ever again. Other companies were pleased the rental was for school and offered discounts and are definitely much cleaner. $600.00 is a lot of money to rent a truck and flat bed especially when you have to wash your clothes after getting out of their filthy truck. Please have some standards!
