By far best wings in Atl. Love the hot ranch wings. Service depends on the day but tends to be good overall. There's always plenty of seating inside and outside. Great place to watch sports, with several TVs and a good vibe for families. But the wings are definitely the best part. read more

7/10 Overall: the wings were yummy and had a lot of sauce which I really enjoyed. We got 24 pc bone-in wings which came with carrot and celery sticks and one order of Cajun fries. The wings were overpowering with flavor. Cajun fries $5.25: 4/5 super crunchy crinkle fries with yummy seasoning. It was enough for 4 people. Garlic parmesan wings: 4/5 my fav flavor, were perfectly cheesy and garlicky and the wings were cooked with a nice crisp. Had a good amount of sauce on them. Hot honey bbq wings: 3.5/5 had a lot of sauce on them and really were hot! it tasted good and had a lot of flavor. Hot garlic wings: 3/5 the garlic was very strong along with a tangy taste. I'm not a huge fan of tangy so it wasn't really my cup of tea. Hot lemon yaki wings: 3/5 also very tangy but you can really taste the teriyaki. Wing Factory is one of the best spots in town to grab a drink and a bite. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family. I've only ever sat at the bar with Curtis, but he's easily one of the kindest and most genuine bartenders I've ever met. His energy, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are the main reasons I find myself coming back every weekend. At this point, he truly feels like family. I couldn't be a bigger fan of the factory whether it's off Roswell Road or next to Cumberland Mall. This place does wings and sports consistently and for me that's all that matters. It's got a great selection of fantastic beers. The garlic Parmesan french fries are absolutely phenomenal. You gotta Take a chance sometimes, but going to the wing factory isn't one of those because you know they're gonna seal the deal and deliver the goods! You're welcome! read more

After three years of ordering takeout from Wing Factory, my fiancé and I decided to take some friends here to grab a quick meal on a Sunday afternoon. We've had some not-so-good experiences in the past (wrong sauces on wings, wings w/ bone instead of boneless, entirely wrong order, etc.). We've, nonetheless, remained committed customers. Plus, it's the closest wing spot to our home. The five of us decided to eat outside. We kindly asked the waitress if she could turn the fan on outside. The fan, however, was broke. We ordered our food, and I decided to try something different. I ordered the "Steak n' Cheese". The sandwich was a bit dry, so I asked my waitress (when she finally returned) for some mayonnaise. She proceeds to tell me that the establishment, that resides less than 75 feet away from Publix, was out of Mayo and that they've been out of it for awhile. Everyone else had their gripes. One person's bone-in wings were too soggy and undercooked. Another person was disappointed at the five fries they received after having to pay a $1 up-charge to add celery and carrot sticks to their meal. The reason she had so little fries, according to our waitress, was because she paid to add celery and carrot... (Right, someone make it make sense!) These unpleasant circumstances were only amplified by our waitresses inattentive and extremely long breaks between check-ins. We went our entire sitting without any refills. We had to ask for cutlery and straws. And we were met with a "well that's how it is" attitude whenever we pointed out discrepancies. I'm deeply disappointed in the restaurant's mediocre service and overall unpreparedness. On it's best days, the wings here are pretty good. But when they're off, they're really off and it shows. Probably will only ever order take-out again. At least, then, I can reserve my frustrations in private. read more

Terrible food. My fingers were dipped in a very vinegary "honey bbq" sauce. The potato skins were tasteless. Never had fried portobello mushrooms. (Spoiler: gross) Take my word. Skip it. Save your $40+ and go elsewhere. read more

They do not check the phones of pick up services (Uber eats/doordash) resulting in your food order possibly being picked up by the wrong person and they will say it's nothing they can do about it. No regards for the time wasted on waiting on food that you will never receive. read more

The service was great. The wings were good and saucy, but small . The fries were not fried fresh and not cheeesy enough with bacon. I asked for onion rings well done but they were burnt and dry. I'm so sorry Wing Factory. I have loved you for so long. But the last couple of visits to the dining area have been really poor. Very slow service, cold,skinny wings. Absent waiter. This last time I went for dinner, after an hour of waiting for 6 wings, I got up to find the waiter (whom I only saw once while seated) to pay the bill and leave. ( she charged me for the wings anyway) .. rolling my eyes I just paid the bill. whatever. ... and went to 3 dollar cafe for dinner. The bar on the other hand is like it's under different management or something. Go to the bar! And the bartender is 5 stars. She takes a personal interest in your experience. I feel like she cares. But forget about the restaurant. read more

In the words of Moneybaggyo, "wokesha done blew up my belly," and by wokesha, I mean Wing Factory. Let me start from the beginning. I ordered 12 bone-in wings with half buffalo and half honey BBQ for takeout. When I got home I had about 16 boneless wings (flavor unknown). It was more than what I ordered and they tasted pretty good so I didn't go back. Everything was chill until about 3 hours later when I found myself feeling very uncomfortable. I've never had food poisoning until maybe now. I was up all night asking what I did to deserve this. Anyways, it did taste good. Was it worth it? I'm not sure. May or may not go back (I don't have self respect) read more

Sometimes the greatest compliment you can give it the fact that I saw someone else having it and I wanted it. That's what happened here. The guy at the kava shop next door had some amazing smelling wings so we came through *plug for the amazing kava store next door*. We came through for take out, and the prices were solid and the staff was friendly. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but it's all worth it if the food is great. I got the habanero and hot lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper wings tasted like regular medium hot and tbh I hope they messed up my order, cause if that was actually lemon pepper I'm not sure where the lemon or pepper were. The habanero though made up for the other flavor as this was a solid kick that didn't try to pander to a less spice pallet. I was hugging the cold water (I know milk is better). Solid wing spot, though just confused on my lemon pepper wings, could easily be a 5/5 though that was only 1/2 the order. read more

I have been looking for a new *good* wing spot and this place hit it out of the park! With over 30 flavors for your wings plus seasonings for the fries or tots! Our server Joe was awesome. This spot is a great place to just come and chill. We couldn't help but devour all the wings right before we took a picture. My pal and I got half hot and half lemon pepper. Hands down the best wings that deliver in the north Atlanta/ Buckhead area. There have been numerous football Saturday's and Sunday's my roommate and I have ordered them. (Sometimes twice in one day) We love them for the following reasons. 1. They always come hot and fresh delivered 2. The price is very reasonable. 12 wings is probably the best deal 3. The variety of sauces. I swear they have like 20 sauces to pick from. They also let you mix and match. 4. Amazing ranch (free) 5. They even let you pick how crispy you want your wings. You can get normal, extra crispy or 2x crispy. I recommend extra crispy. Admittedly I've never actually been so I can't speak to the parking or atmosphere inside the actual restaurant but you are in good hands if you go the delivery route. read more

Our very favorite neighborhood spot. If you don't have kids with you, sit at the bar. Curtis, Tony and Kat never disappoint and never fail to put a smile on our faces when we walk in the door. It's always a special experience when your neighborhood bartenders are also your close friends. If you're looking for an unhealthy salad that will change your life look no further. The factory salad at wing factory is one of my favorite salads ever. Refreshing but soooooo so good and will satisfy any wing craving you have. My first time and It was great..I have to have wings extra well done so that seems to always be a issue but the option to have the wings cooked x2 is awesome. We had the Lemon pepper , Mild and the Jerk wings and all were cooked to perfection and tasted great. The onion rings were huge with a lot of breading which sucks up the grease so they were average to me...The type of wing option is a good option as well. Definitely will make this place my 1st choice for wings read more

The Wing Factory is underrated wing spot in the Buckhead area. It isn't fancy, it isn't glamorous. It's American. It works. The wings are very good at this spot. Multiple flavors. Multiple food items from wings to wraps, sammiches to entrees. They got it. The place is dimly lit, kinda dark. Older school television sets to watch the game. The service can be spotty. On and off, a little slow here or there. The food comes out a tad bit slow but the taste of whatever your having like the fish tacos, fish & chips, burger, fish sandwiches and more kind of makes up for that. I'll say this - it isn't one of those spots you drive across town just to get to. But it does the trick. This spot has some banging wings. During my visit, I actually stopped by twice. We got the lemon pepper since that's an ATL favorite and Buffalo. The wings had so much flavor. I opted for Mac and cheese side which was good. Customer service was great. We were greeted and provided with suggestions. Wings that come from this location are PHENOMENAL! The size of the wing is pretty different. The only reason why this is not a 5 star review is due to the mixup of flavors. For the 4 courses you get, it is well worth the price and honestly a great deal for a date night if you have someone you want to impress :) Everything was phenomenal. The crab cake was full of meaty crab, the lobster bisque was velvety and creamy, the ginger duck steak was cooked perfectly and though I can't remember the dessert I got, likely because I was stuffed from the other courses, I'm sure it was delicious too. The menu was plentiful with great choices and it's honestly a whole lot of food! Drinks: This is the only thing I'd say wasn't my favorite. The drink I got was just okay to me, I likely could've done without it.

I am only writing a review on here because of their dishonest response. I booked my wedding dinner here for 18 people. We were running about half an hour late and let the restaurant know. We thought it would be fine because our reservation slot was for 2.5 hours, which is plenty of time. From the moment we arrived service was extremely slow. Drinks took forever to come and some were forgotten. My friend got a virgin raspberry mojito and it was so sour it was undrinkable. We had asked multiple times for one regular menu to order from and for some simple syrup for the mojito, neither of which we got. We pretty much had one server for our table of 18 people, and he was serving other tables as well. He told us at the start that another server would be helping but she was barely seen. It got to the point where my husband and I had to get up to talk to management. They were apologetic, gave us a bottle of rose, and asked how they can make it better. I told them that things need to be on time not just because we were approaching the end of our reservation but also because we had plans right after. Service was still slow and once we were finished we were still sitting and waiting for the check. We ended up being late to our other plans. Keep in mind this was our wedding day. We had just gotten married and everybody was in a great mood. We were nice and clearly communicated our needs even though service was lacking throughout the whole dinner. I write a review and then a day later they reply to my review, telling lies to try and discredit me. As if the poor service during dinner wasn't enough, their timing and dishonesty reflects their lack of respect for their customers. We spent over $2000 which included a 22% gratuity fee. Such a waste of money. You couldn't pay me to come here again. If you're looking for a restaurant for a wedding, proposal, anniversary, celebration, graduation, reunion, date, large party, or really anything, save yourself the trouble. They just might treat you the way we were treated, and then lie about it to try and make you look bad.

That review still stands for what it was -- but this is about what happened next. About 3-4 months ago, I stopped in after work wearing medical scrubs and clogs. The hostess turned me away at the door, citing what she called a dress code. Fine -- except I could clearly see guests already seated inside wearing sandals. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told it was a "strict policy" and offered a to-go order instead. No explanation for the double standard. No accountability. Just a dismissal. I've been coming here for years and never had an issue with my work attire. And I've since learned I'm not alone -- friends have described similar experiences at this location. I don't throw around the word "profiling" lightly. But when enforcement is this inconsistent, it's hard to arrive at any other conclusion. The food is good. The servers have always been great. But management completely dropped the ball, and that's enough for me to walk away for good.
