Freshly made food with tons of flavour. The chicken wings are so soft the meat falls off the bone. The chicken tenders are nice and crispy with plenty of sauce. I'd definitely recommend. read more

I often use Cook if I've got people coming round as all you have to do is stick it in the oven, no messy prep work and far less washing up. This all leads to more time with your guests. It's almost enough to make me want to order from them every night, but fortunately for my health and my wallet I practice self control. Bombay 2 Bromley is a fantastic Indian take away which my partner and I order from quite regularly. We're kind of wimps when it comes to spicy food, but luckily there is loads of choice on the menu of milder dishes and the menu is fairly good at describing what each dish contains so no ghastly mistakes are made. We're always told that it will take 40 minutes to deliver (which shows how lazy we are as we live within walking distance) but delivery is usually more like 15-20 minutes after the order is placed. The menu is extensive and the specials are worth trying. What makes me grin (or grimace depending on my mood) the most is seeing the banner hanging from the front awning of how a couple of years ago their place had the best hygiene in Bromley. Despite the grim thoughts that might lead to, the food from Bombay to Bromley has always tasted fresh and delicious and I'm sure we'll be ordering from them for many years to come.

The crispy chilli beef was nice and some what seemed fresh, but I felt the sauce was pushing more towards sweet and sour and had hardly any kick from the chilli. The egg fried rice was great and the portion size even for a small container was very generous. The sweet and sour chicken was a touch too sweet and I wouldn't get that again. We also got mini spring rolls, great again and crispy but not much filling. (Takeaway - 09/10/2015)

Chosen Bun is a burger take-away and delivery shop located in Fulham. Their concept is simple: do a good burger, and make sure it will still taste good after it was driven around town. To solve the challenge of transporting a burger properly, they designed special packaging. I noticed this little shop on Fulham Road one evening when I decided to walk part of my commute instead of taking the tube. And soon after that, I came back to check out their burger. The shop looks very much like a fancy fast food restaurant. Staff are very friendly and it seemed that the atmosphere in the kitchen was really good. To the food, I ordered The Shoveman, a beef burger with cheese and bacon, with Belgians, that's their chunky skin-on chips with rosemary salt. After a short while, my food was ready and handed to me in their signature packaging - I stayed in store, but it was still interesting to see what they came up with. The burger tasted pretty good. It was not too messy to eat, the juicy patty was cooked medium and the burger was full of delicious flavours. The chunky chips were okay, but I had better chips in London. They are chunky and crispy, but not all are crispy. They are finished with rosemary salt, but they are far from other rosemary chips I've tasted before. Anyway, there are still some other interesting items on the menu that I'd like to try. As of now, they only deliver to a few post codes around the Fulham area, so in case you plan to stop by to pick up your burger, Chosen Bun is roughly between Fulham Broadway Underground station and Parsons Green Underground station.

They were at least equal to Nando's, but come at a more competitive price. Because I was curious I also wanted to try the chicken roll. It was okay, but perhaps not as good as the pieces. The grilled halloumi was also fine. Unfortunately, the chips were not crispy at all, but just very soggy and thus not very tasty.
