I called my order in at 5:49 and was told it would take 26 minutes. I showed up 45 minutes later and my order wasn't ready. I was told 10 more minutes. 30 minutes later I asked how much longer after people who came in for dine in after I had arrived started getting their food. My food still wasn't ready and I was told the boneless order only takes 10 minutes to make. At 7:05 I told them to refund my order since it still wasn't ready. The person I dealt with was Will, he could of cared less that after an hour and 15 minutes my food still wasn't ready. There had to be at least 20 other people waiting on food too. I know at least 5 of them said they had waited over an hour after being told 30 minutes. Make the orders in the order they come in. You don't make someone's food who ordered an hour after a phone order first. Outrageous!! read more

We went last night and although the customer service was top notch the wings and fries left a lot to be desired... We sent our fries back because they were crazily salted and seasoned. They had new ones out to us within minutes and were very nice about it...and agreed that they looked like there was a ton of seasoning dumped on it. We ordered the Parmesan Garlic and Lousiana Rub and they were sooo incredibly soaked with butter and WAY too over seasoned. They soaked through the bottom of the tray and sat like a rock in our stomachs, we didn't even finish the 10 we ordered, together (2 people) It just seemed like there was a lack of experience. Wingstop is one of the dirtiest kitchens I have ever seen, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, the employees are rude and will argue with you. The food is always over cooked and over saturated in grease. It should take about twenty minutes on average to cook your food, but you will end up waiting an extra ten minutes so it can get nice an cold. read more

We were so excited when a Wing Stop opened right down the street from us but we've been twice since it opened and have been super disappointed. We ordered using the app, when my husband when to pick up our order it was wrong so he had to wait while they corrected it but the rest of the order got cold, the wings had WAY too much sauce on them we could barely eat them. We ordered garlic parm, Hawaiian and hickory BBQ. The flavors are nice but I had to wipe each wing off with a napkin otherwise it was like drinking a bottle of sauce. We paid for ranch on the side but when we got home there was no ranch. I hope they work out the kinks because we love wings but won't be going back for a while due to the poor experiences. read more

Pretty poor customer service. Quality of food was below par compared of other Wingstops I've been too, especially their fries. Water cups are little plastic shot cups. I suggest taking the drive to Citrus Heights instead for better service and food. read more

I am amazed how consistent they are. And not in a good way. Every time we place an order online they find a way to mess it up. This time they had a printout of the order but never put the order in. So I showed up for wings for a football watching party and they had to start from scratch. No discount or anything for their mistake. So I sit here waiting for the order flinging my time by writing this review. The food is good but the management is obviously poor as this is not the first time we have had an issue with the ordering process here. Its my first time coming here and i wasnt really greeted at the door at all but i saw them greet other customers so its fine. I was looming to get their monday and tuesday special which is 60 cents per wing and i got 20 for me and my girlfriend. The guy running the register was really monitoned and didnt really help me order at all i had to figure it all out myself i stood there for awhile waiting for him to ask me what i wanted i think his name was david. Im not trying to call you out by any means i understand it was a busy day and a holiday but i have my days to and at the end of the day you have to suck it up. Cheer up man be happy. That really killed my first time experience but atleast the wings were good so im giving it 2 stars. Ill be coming back but i suggest maybe next time i get greeted and helped better. read more

Great food & honest crew. Had dinner here the other night & forgot my purse on the chair. Woke up the next morning & realized I had left it @ Wing Stop. Made the embarrassing call & spoke with Scott (manager) he said it was tucked away in the safe & will stay there until I return to pick up. Wings are great. Service is great. I just got a wing combo with seasoned fries and a sprite. But the only thing I have a problem with is the fries. They are a bit too salty. But other than that, everything was great. My order was correct. I'm a very picky eater. So I specifically asked no sauce on my wings. I work allllllllll day and I usually o line order all my food if I'm going to eat out that way I can grab it on my way home and this has honestly been the worst online order I have ever encountered. I though online ordering and putting In a pick up time meant my order would be ready when I walk In at my pick up time I wasn't asking for it early at all I mean I walked through the door 2 minutes past my pick up time but waiting an extra 20mins is unexceptionable!!!! Significant drop in product quality. I've been going to this Wingstop almost once a week (in the past twice a week) since they opened. Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in the size of their wings which is not acceptable. The first time was back in November; one week they were their normal size, the next much smaller. I came back the following week and they were back to normal. Of late though, the smaller sized wings are becoming more and more regualr. I'm not sure if the operator feels they can cut corners now that they are established, but for those of us that dine here regularly it is complete crap. The employees consistently show a good attitude so service remains strong, but the consistency in product needs to match. I used to go to Granite's down the street. Once Wingstop opened they matched Granite's in product and beat them on price; I don't mind paying for good wings so if I have to start going there instead then I will. read more

Ugh. I'd been to another location once a few years ago and thought it was okay, but didn't remember the experience specifically and decided to give it another go. I took my kids here recently, and it was terrible. We ordered three kinds of boneless wings, all of which were either too salty or drowned in some subpar sauce. The chicken itself, if you could brush off enough of the Parmesan (how do you get bad Parmesan?), was passable. The Hawaiian ones were just syrupy sweet. The buffalo ones smacked mostly of vinegar. And the fries - so bad. We got the regular seasoned ones - when I asked what they were seasoned with, it turns out the answer is salt, pepper, and SUGAR. Why?! The fries were coated in this seasoning, and even my kids wouldn't eat them. The one thing I thought was okay was their coleslaw. That's the one star I'm giving them. My kids choked down enough of the poorly seasoned/sauced boneless wings to constitute a meal so we didn't have to go somewhere else to eat. We left most of the wings and fries untouched. While we were there, their debit machine went down and from what I observed, they did not handle it well. Weird experience. Won't be back. read more

My first and last time I visit this place. The lady at the front, maybe the franchise owner, who knows, was rude. She yelled at me, was rude when I ordered a simple 10 pice wing. I was very polite. It took 25 mins for my 10 piece wing to get to me. There was only two people inside at the time, they had the same 10 piece order. The wings were dry and rubbery on the inside, way too salty on the outside. I ordered 5 Louisiana rub and 5 lemon/pepper. The grease was no joke! Not in a good way.I thought they would shake that off. I can tell the taste difference between grease and a bit of butter. This is not where you want to go for a good wing... Total SMH! I tried it and when I got there to pick my order up I was told that the order was never received and I would need to wait 15 minutes for them to make it. Which was not going to be an option with my family waiting in the car. Would have been nice for them to offer some type of compensation for the mixup.
