They I think are trying to be the Gourmet Burger style of Merida and in that regard they do a solid job. The burgers we had were pub style, fairly meaty and properly cooked. I prefer a little more char and cheese on mine, also more a smash burger kind of guy, but this place kind of reminds me of Umami Burger in LA if you know them, at least in terms of the burger quality.
