I made a mistake of signing up for 4 weeks of meal delivery, and now I am out of hundreds of dollars. The first delivery was 2 days late and required multiple attempts to contact the merchant to get the ordered meals. Week 2 meals were delivered but be aware, if you happen to be in the shower when they show up with your delivery, they won't leave your meals on your secure porch and will just drive away with your order. Week 3- NO DELIVERY, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Again, I had too contact the merchant to try to figure out where was my food. Days later got a response that they had an issue with their refrigerator and simply neglected to let me know!!! With over a thousand dollars already tied up with this merchant, I had to scramble to purchase food for my family elsewhere. Due to the "NO CALL NO SHOW" for the week 3 delivery, I politely asked the chef to immediately refund me for the remaining 2 weeks worth of food that wasn't delivered. I explained that because they failed to honor their contract, I had to make other arrangements for the meals. The merchant NEVER REFUNDED me for the remaining 2 WEEKS worth of food that they NEVER DELIVEREDA. I ended up having to contact my credit card company, and guess what? The merchant is lying to my credit card company, claiming they delivered all 4 weeks worth of meals! I am reaching out to the Office of the Attorney General and filing a fraud complaint next. Stay as far away from this thief as you can!

After 180 minutes I called and extremely politely asked how the event was coming along. He explained that the event was extremely "successful" in that they were overwhelmed with orders and things were running late. The guy I spoke to was very polite and apologetic and explained that this circumstance was unusual. Totally understandable, although not necessarily the experience you want to give new customers. Over 200 minutes later, it arrived. The delivery guy wanted me to come to the car. I get it, he is busy etc... nbd, but that's not normally how delivery works. I did it and didn't put up a fuss. Stupidly, I didn't check my order in front of him. Two different bottles as I assumed they ran out of the ones that I ordered. I googled them, and they are cheaper bottles. One can easily say "what did you expect for 2 cents?" although that's not really the point. If they wanted customers to experience their service, they should have limited it to what they can handle in terms of 1) delivery 2) quantity. They could have had a staggered system and list the actual wines they plan on delivering. I would use them in the future for basics if I was hosting a party and I ran out of things.
