My first time at this location. Is it healthy food? No. Is it a robust menu? No. But I had a nice interaction with two young people (rare these days!), and got good service and food. Wings were reheated and not fried fresh... came cold and clearly tossed in sauce as after fact depending on selected sauces... no marinated chicken here... For a quiet Sunday afternoon I'm pleased with my order and the ambiance. It is pretty quiet today and I was the only one who sat in, (I ordered take out but the song got me) but it was clean and the music great! I did end up trying the new bourbon bbq tender pack and sauce wise I'm not impressed I wish it was a bit richer even if it was a standard bbq it just wasn't packing enough punch for me. In addition to not having enough wings for everyone, when I contacted them they gave me $10 off my next order - while 8 wings cost more than $10. So beware - you might want to check your order before you leave. Wings Over Framingham is back. They are now located along Route 9 Eastbound across the road from Trader Joe's. They offer wings, breaded boneless wings, fries, sandwiches, and cold drinks (Coke products) and a variety of sauces to choose from and dips. The place is geared towards takeout and online delivery. They have a takeout counter and a few tables for eating in. I placed an online order on the Wings Over site and ordered the 6 Tenders (3 citrus chipotle & 3 sweet fire Korean) Combo ($16.99 plus tax) with garlic tots and can of Coke. However, after confirming and paying for my order online, the scheduled time to pickup was one hour, which I thought was too long. I headed over to Wings Over Framingham and the place was very busy with lots of customers waiting for their orders. I checked in for good measure and they told me the online orders were backed up. However, since I checked in, it took about 7 minutes for my order to be bagged and ready. Since there was no seating available inside the busy store, I ate my breaded chicken tenders and tots in my vehicle. The breaded chicken tenders were dry and chewy. The spicy sauces coating the breading was good and I dipped into the Bleu cheese cup. The garlic tots were pretty good. I think I'll wait awhile before returning here when the place gets less busy and hopefully the tenders won't be tough next time. read more

Wings Over Framingham has made a comeback, but perhaps it should have stayed in the past. The atmosphere is just okay. Every time I've visited, there's been an unpleasant smell in the place--maybe from the chicken marinades mixing together or possibly from the bathroom? It's not overwhelming, but definitely noticeable. The ordering process is fine, but the wait times are frustrating. I've seen several people get angry or leave altogether because their orders took too long. Even when ordering ahead online, we still had to wait a considerable amount of time. As for the chicken, it's alright, but not quite up to par with other locations. I usually get the garlic parmesan tenders, and while they tasted similar to what I've had elsewhere, the portion size was smaller. There was also a noticeable lack of marinade or rubs on the other flavors we tried. Overall, it might be worth the extra drive into Boston for a better experience. read more

lets get the easy part out of the way, the food is good, taste great, hot and fresh. workers there are nice, they are good with holding back their frustration and anger, willing to try their best to work with you. but that's where the problem is, people there today has order range from days ago to same day since morning, including myself. everyone showed up to be told they are hours behind their orders. people get their wing for the kick off and you expect them to not get food until after the superbowl? and there is nothing they can do other than offering you refund to cancel. people need to understand refunding money is not going to solve a problem with family gathering ruinied, people end up with no dinner, party with no food. if there is a problem with the system fix it, if it's planning issue, put limitation and make sure people get their food on time. lots of room to improve but it was not a pleasant experience. oh did i mention this whole time the worker and kitchen staff is dealing with the customer's anger but where is the manager? no idea, no one got to talk to the manager. once again shout out to the worker that worked hard try to handle the angry customer including myself to get my food out as fast as the cook can make them, obviously I got lucky, i got my food. but many didn't. and it's not the worker's fault, manager need to step up. i will continue to order from this place, and i wish it will get better. read more

This place leaves a lot to be desired. It's all fried chicken and fries with a wrap or sandwich option of...you guessed it, fried chicken. The place looks dirty where you can sit and eat, but I imagine the kitchen must be worse. The flavors for the fries are too strong and had I known I'd ask for plain. Two of the 3 options I can remember for the fries were garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper. I chose lemon pepper and it felt like I was eating an actual lemon and pepper lol. Was horrible. Got plain and honey mustard chicken to be safe and it wasn't the best but not the worst. The only sauces offered were ranch, blue cheese or one of each. These sauces do not go with everything. You would think there would be a better variety specializing in chicken. In my opinion, I'd take the drive and go to a "Birdies" or "Dave's hot chicken". The service was more worried about being in the back on the cellphone than helping a customer out. read more

I came back to get the drinks I was owed albeit months later hoping to update the abysmal review I gave last time but this place is lame. They gave me a hard time about it. Over the past 20 years they have declined (I'm referring to back when I frequented their location in Amherst while I was attending UMass; they have since expanded their locations).
