The Garlic Parmesan and Lakers Legendary Garlic had a generous amount of sauce, but the temperature of the wings were very inconsistent. Some were warm, and some were cold. I had the lemon pepper fries with a regular amount of seasoning. At one point, it felt like eating seasoning and salt. I went through a brief phase of regularly ordering wingstop for a bit so one would say I'm fairly familiar with their French fries. After going months without placing an order, I went in to get an 8 piece combo today. I was sad to see that they've changed their fries... and unfortunately, I'm not a fan. The employees here are actually sweethearts. They give me free drinks and let me do surveys to get free fries. I personally always go to this wingstop because of the employees. Came in to pick up an order, there's a young man who's fixing the soda machine, but I guess got side tracked by two girls eating so he was flirting meanwhile the soda machine door is just wide open, I'm standing at the screen trying to use it and he doesn't say anything, then looks at me and says it won't work. It was apparent that old wings were mixed in with new wings which I know is the what wingstop stands for. Obviously we (wife and kids!) decided not to eat them. I tried calling 3 times within their last 10 mins of their doors being open, yet nobody answered the phone! When I called today she stated that the only way she can help me is if I bring the wings in. When I tried to tell her I was willing to do so last night, her attitude and foul tone struck my ear drums and once I made it clear to her I could tell she didn't want to help due to her attitude, she became hostile claiming I had the attitude lol. Ridiculous smh. She has no business being a manager or a person of superiority, at the very least a leader. Either way she refused to give me the name of the person who is higher than her, yet she encouraged me to call tomorrow to speak to that person, that makes no sense. She is so unprofessional and not a good ambassador for such a successful establishment. I will continue to patronize as long as this matter gets properly resolved. But I assure you this location lost my business for life. Big thanks to the manager Michelle and her toxic, unprofessional, and disturbing attitude.
