The service was high energy!! Loved that! Lots of happy staff. The wings were just ok. BUT the fries were amazing, and I usually don't eat fries. The seasoning was fabulous. But the staff is what made it for me. The manager even came out and spoke with us and helped me because I had submitted an order at a different Wingstop so he came out and helped me which I really appreciated. I will be going back if not for the fries then for the staff because they were on point, very polite and very outgoing. I loved it. read more

we placed an order one hour ago and had the pick up time for 5:30 and they were all standing around not doing a singular thing. multiple people then came in and the girl with a long pony tail screamed "ITS NOT DONE, ILL TELL YOU ONCE ITS READY". i get yall are in a rush but for yall to mess an order that was placed at 4:30pm and had a pickup time of 5:30 is insane. we placed that order for that pickup time for a reason. extremely unprofessional. read more

They are not consistent with their ordering practices. Sometimes you can order over the phone and the next you can't. This is confusing for patrons. read more

I called 9pm March 27 2025 to place a phone order as it was a large CASH meal and they DONT accept cash orders online. The girl on the phone didn't care that I couldn't order online. Even then we drove all the way down there CASH IN HAND only to be told at the counter they only accept orders online?! They said it would be "too many orders" if they accepted all forms of ordering?! I just had shoulder surgery & am unable to cook so I was getting a pedicure next door so afterwards I decided to order wings to take home to my family. Okay, I walk in & ask if they can deliver bc I noticed on their website it said free delivery on Wednesday; well the young black girl said basically she didn't know what I was talking about & said it was on-line orders only. Okay, fine. So I placed my order just like I wanted it, pretty simple. She didn't know how to put my 30 piece family pack of wings in the computer as 1/2 bone-in & 1/2 boneless so she asked for help. Great. Well another young black girl helped her put it in the computer as "split." Fine. Well, then she said it was going to take 30 minutes so I leave & go waste about 30 minutes & return to p/u my $50 family pack. Okay, I get there a few minutes early & it was ready & I opened it to make sure my fries weren't over-cooked bc I had told her I wanted my fries a little "less cooked." Well, I checked them & they were a little over-cooked for me but they were still "okay" so I just didn't say anything & grabbed the bag & went home (my daughter drove me bc I can't drive bc of my shoulder) okay......I get home & unpacked my sack & I had two smaller black styrofoam boxes of bone-in wings. Those r the best by the way but my daughter is pretty much vegetarian & doesn't eat meat off bones. So, she had nothing to eat but celery bc she doesn't like their fries (I love them). Anyway.......my husband goes to get-it-right.....& I tell him that it's not the one we usually go to, it's a new location closer to the college. He says "way over there." Yes, it was far from our super nice neighborhood. By the way, we eat out ALL-the-time, especially now bc of my surgery. Okay, he calls me while he was in the store & said the young African American "Manager" would NOT make-it-right that he said the "split" on the receipt meant different flavors. Fine. Thing is......I ordered them ALL the SAME flavors. Explain the split on the receipt then. I got ALL bone-in which were supposed to be again 1/2 boneless & I ordered ALL "original hot." The only thing that needed to be split was the type of wings. So why did my receipt say split if I got ALL bone-in wings & ALL the same type of flavors? I ORDERED 1/2 bone-in & 1/2 boneless, that is why it said SPLIT. If SHE put it in the computer wrong, that's not my fault, it's on y'all. Oh, & did I mention they forgot to put my celery in my bag too. When my husband went back for me w/my receipt all they did was give him the celery they forgot to put in my bag. He told my husband he wasn't going to give out free wings. I'm not asking for free wings, I'm asking for my order RIGHT. I paid $50 and I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. If u r wanting wings, go to the other location closer to TJ Maxx, don't go to the one by the college. Oh, & it is next door to Marco's pizza. Go there instead; u will be much happier if u do, trust me on this one. From a very UNHAPPY past customer. Oh & by they way.......a good rule of thumb when owning ur own business is that "the customer is always right." Word of mouth spreads fast! Even if u ever do have to loose a few dollars initially to build up ur clientele u will get it back in the end by making ur customers happy so they keep coming back. Btw, I'm NEVER going back there. Just a word of advice for future reference. A happy customer is the best customer. Get new management! He is obviously scared of his boss. Apparently the young "manager" that wouldn't make-it-right was a young black man, my husband didn't get his name. Btw, my husband is Hispanic & race is not an issue w/me but stupidity, however IS! I am not very happy. I ordered my food online and waited the allotted 20 minutes it would take to make food and when I went to go inside to pick up my order the old lady at the register looked at one bag out of many others (foreshadowing) and told me that it wasn't ready yet. Which is not a big deal. They seemed slammed with DoorDash orders and there was even one order with 3 whole bags of food. So I sat there and waited for another 30 minutes trying to be patient. I wanted to give the workers the benefit of the doubt because it's dinner rush, but when i asked again where my order was this gentlemen kindly took initiative and found that my bag was sitting there neatly on the same damn shelf I've been staring at for the allotted time I've been within the restaurant. So I wasted more than half an hour waiting on an order that at this point is now close to being cold and I already have a long commute to get back home. I should have asked someone ELSE about updates on my food, but I feel like I should be able to trust the competence of the workers of the establishment to know what orders are ready and what orders are left on the shelf waiting to be picked up. read more
