First time trying wing stop and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the lemon pepper wings which is a dry rub and thus the skin remained crispy. I'd say the wings were slightly overcooked because the actual meat had little to no juice, but the lemon pepper seasoning made up for that. It packs a punch of flavor with citrus and spice, I love it! The Louisiana rub chicken was my boyfriend's which he loved. I thought it was good, but not as flavorful as the lemon pepper. The Cajun corn: I had high hopes for. It looked good, and while there was some cajun flavor, it tasted like it was missing something, maybe more salt? It would probably be delicious if I add a little butter since I'm home. The season garlic Parmesan fries: we ordered them cooked well. I usually like fries on the softer side, but I heard that wing stop fries need to be done well in order to not get soggy. Their well done, is def not well done- it's more like how you'd expect a fry to be- which is perfect for me! In any case, there was salt on it but no other seasoning and we had ordered garlic Parmesan. So that was disappointing. We both ordered tea. I had unsweetened while he had sweet. These were bad. It tasted like they used unfiltered water (it had a chemical or mineral taste) and the proportion of tea to water was not brewed properly. I'd definitely go back, but next time, I'll check my order to make sure things are seasoned correctly, and hope that the tea gets brewed better. read more

This location is gradually becoming garbage especially with their partnership with DoorDash. If the drivers are not getting away with my food something will be missing from my order. My food tonight is missing two drinks.This has happened like 3 times in the space of a month. It's definitely unacceptable values from both companies. And the most frustrating part of it is that there's no form of established communication to these parties to cater for consumers complaints. It's a big shame. read more

This review only applies to Wingstop on 131st Cicero in Crestwwod, Illinois. I went today 5/14. Ordered the 8 piece combo .. if I didn't live so far away I would had taken the wings and fries back . If you didn't have high blood pressure now, once eaten you would had been on your way after eating there . Seems as though they dumped the entire container of lemon pepper on the items. I was advised Yes-so I declined making a regular order. When I received my order this was one of my flaps. Ordered pickup for well done boneless wings, tenders, fries, and corn. I'm going with celery instead of fries next time. The lunch specials don't come with ranch, so remember to pay extra or supply your own. Corn is pretty iffy, but it was only a 1$ so not bad. Definitely better if it was dine in instead of pick up. This was my very first time at wing stop at any location. I was always turned off by the menus lack of choices other than wings, fries, and chicken tenders. I was in the mood for some wings so I stopped in. The place is kind of awkward shaped and pretty small but they have a couple tv's to accommodate. I had 8 bone in wings, 4 with the original hot and 4 with some semi-hot dry rub. I was very surprised at the flavor and quality of the wings. I have to give it to them. The fries are a nice touch. I have tried the garlic fries and also the regular. They have a standard touchscreen sofa machine which I also enjoy. I am really happy with this place even if they have a somewhat limited menu. It would be nice to have a wing stop salad made with boneless wings couldn't hurt anything. Very pleased for what it is though. read more

After two bad experiences at the Wing Stop in Evergreen Park, I decided to try this one out and held on to hope that it would be a decent location. Definitely is! The customer service was excellent. Hands down the best customer service at any Wing Stop. The guy at the register was great! Everything you expect a person working with people to be. The food was fresh, nothing to complain about. Avoid this wing-stop if you can! Me and a friend went to this particular location because the Evergreen location mysteriously closed down and we were craving some wings. Let's just say we should have taken the closed wing stop as an omen to forgo wings for that day. However, our persistence to eat wings became our downfall. Sure enough, we googled the next location nearest there, and, unfortunately, was directed to this Crestwood joint. There are SO many things wrong with this place, and I'm so furious about my experience there that I'm going to list the issues we had as simply as possible, without overwhelming this review. 1. THEY WILL FORGET YOU! We arrived at the restaurant and placed our order right away. There was only two other people in the restaurant, and we were the first ones to order at the time. So, our order should have been made right away. Well, they pushed our order back for some reason, and started putting everyone else's order in first! After about 45 minutes of just waiting and hearing everyone else's names being called out for their order, I nicely approached the counter and asked what happened to our food. The staff member looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about and said it shouldn't be more than a few minutes more. So, I waited another 15 minutes for them to bring out the wings! That was ridiculous! 2. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG! When the wings finally came, it was quite obvious that they forgot about our order and just threw some wings together, because they came out dry and cold! They didn't even have the special sauce we ordered them with! They were completely naked! The fries were cold with the seasonings thrown on top! I was so furious! All that waiting, and they didn't have the decency to even get my order right! So, I went back to the counter wanting to throw a fit, but I very calmly asked to speak to a manager. The whole staff thought I was crazy for asking for one, because it was, like, they were scared to say who or where the manager was! So, some lady sheepishly comes from the back and claims she's a manager. So, I told her how they took forever to make my order and when they brought it out, it was all wrong and cold. She just looked at me dumbfounded, until another staff member who originally took my order concurred that the order was wrong and that they apologize and will make everything fresh and new right away. 3. THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU GET BAD FOOD! So, after another 25 minutes, they bring out another batch of wings. The wings are barely coated with the sauce we originally requested. At this point, I am starving and too upset. So, I just asked one of the staff to just bring me a side of sauce. I wasn't going to wait anymore longer for them to bring me just more bad food. So, we finally eat the wings and they're not even hot. Lukewarm at best. The wings were very bland and tasted bitter, almost spoiled tasting. After a few wings, I couldn't eat anymore. I was so upset. Not only because they didn't get my order right or had me to wait forever for bad food, but the manager didn't offer me anything to try and fix the problem. She should have offered to refund my money, or at least take something off the bill. But no. Just a lousy "we apologize" and here are some wings we'll remake for you that still came out bad. 4.THEY WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISON! Here is the worst part of the whole experience. Apparently, there was a reason why the wings didn't taste so good, as they were not properly handled and/or cooked. Not even hours later after eating those godforsaken wings, me & and my friend ended up with the runs and nausea! Never again will I come back to this place! This restaurant has ruined me from the wing stop franchise. I no longer trust them! I gave a lot of money for their food only to be forgotten and given bad food by them! We just ordered a family pack of the chicken tenders with Mild, BBQ and I think the Louisiana Rub, all were outstanding. Blue Cheese and honey mustard sauces are awesome too. Pameasan fries and a size of boneless lemon and pepper wings were very tasty and the buns...I thought they were Crispy Kreme donuts. Very very good. We will be back. Have plenty left over for the Bears game tomorrow. As someone else commented below, it would be great to put a salad on the menu, throw on a couple of mild tenders and some blue cheese dressing a little tomato - would be a welcomed and well received addition to the menu. Horrible customer service! Had scheduled an order several hours in advance and order was not ready when I arrived; order was not ready until 30 minutes past original time. No apologies from any of the employees, was just told "I'm sure other wing places are just as busy." Left a note for management to call me back and never received a call back.
