This place is the most worst place I have ever been into!! ZERO customer service. Today I walked into the store to place an order because they never bother to pick up the phone. I walked into and stood in the line a d there was only one person ahead of me, then a guy and his son came after. The lady how works there decided to ignore me and take their order before me. I was like it's okay maybe she didn't notice, after a minute another guy entered the store and she again decided to help him before me and after taking his order she decided to walk in the kitchen and ignore me completely and start preparing people order. I got so pissed off and left the store. Anyone think to get food from there you will get your food but not an even 1% customer service and will be waiting in line for ever!! read more

Now I honestly don't even wanna leave one star but I have to. Me and the hubby had ordered via DoorDash because we didn't have a choice because of the situation. He had ordered a five Chicken Strip meal w/side of Cajun Seasoned Fries. I had ordered 1-10 Piece Lemon Pepper Seasoned Corn with extra seasoning, and 1-10 Piece Cajun. I am going to begin with the food. So let me start off with the side of Cajun fries from the chicken strip meal. The fries were really soggy, cold, and as you can see they were not seasoned at all. Next I want to move on to the Cajun seasoned corn. There was no seasoning on the corn as you can see from the picture, and I ordered it with extra seasoning (what a joke). Last but not least The lemon pepper seasoned corn was supposed to have extra seasoning as well and there was barely any on there. Now I want to talk about the service I received. I didn't wanna get the restaurant in trouble with DoorDash because of the mishaps so I decided to give them a call and let them know what had happened. A female (who didn't state her name) answered the phone and when I had asked her what her name was she just referred to herself as the shift leader on duty. I had informed her about all the things that were wrong with our order. She didn't offer to fix anything that was wrong with the meal, and when I had asked her what she was going to do about the incorrect items she hung up the phone on me. I was going to call back but I decided to let my hubby call back because I was already upset at this point from being hung up on. So my hubby had called after me and asked to talk to the manager. A manager by the name Ryan had came to the phone And all he tried to do was make excuses for his shift leader. He never apologized for her hanging up nor did it seem like he cared she did that. He tried to summit up to the phones been busy the whole night. Which wasn't a problem because it didn't have anything to do with us. Whether a place is busy or not they should still give you a decent customer service. In the end even though the manager was a little bit more helpful than the shift leader that originally answered I just think that in a situation like this they should've did a little bit more, or even been more apologetic. So if you order from any of the delivery apps be aware or you might receive the same lousy customer service, and sub par food that we did! read more

Best wings in El Cajon period! The service is always great as well. I never ate so many wings in my life until I had Wingstop. The bone in wings are good but nothing beat their boneless wings. This Wingstop location is so dysfunctional and unprofessional. I totally can understand falling behind in orders, getting dips wrong, but when you witness it happen to 4 PEOPLE IN A ROW...something is wrong. I ordered online for pickup and came at the appropriate time it should've been ready (20 min), and waited another 15. Kind of defeats the purpose, don't ya think? (Not Cheep) Got the order home and the order was wrong one order was supposed to be breaded mild and the other were supposed to be naked no sauce well both were naked. The wings were dry over done and looked like they were cooked 2plus days ago and just reheated. The chicken reminded me of some Navy deployment chicken . The buns were of but fresh I'm going to say fresh out of the warmer or microwave. The bread sticks that I remember that they served were really good. " Nice Service, & Tasty Wings " I went to the Wing Stop in El Cajon for the first time, and had a nice experience. I was nicely greeted at the order counter by Dena Long who answered all of my questions about the different flavors of the chicken wings with a big smile. I ordered the 20 wings package, and I got the Cajun, Lemon & Pepper, and Spicy Korean sauces on my wings. Dena told me it would take about 20 minutes to cook my order and she was right on, as it took 17 minutes. Charles Woodbridge the General Manager and Cook tonight was also very nice as I spoke to him also about the Wing Stop Franchise location, and the Wings he was cooking. The Wing Stop has about 60% of their business done on take out food, but they do have a very nice and clean Dine -in seating area, with Televisions and some nice music playing. I asked for the Wings to be crispy with a lot of sauce and they were very tasty. I will definitely be back to this Wing Stop ! read more

For the love of hot wings, this WingStop location really isn't bad. I've been here twice now and both times the restaurant seemed fairly tidy. Parking is extremely easy. Online ordering is simple and quick. Deducted a star for being short on staff but it's fine. The cashier's smile and effort made up for her shortcoming on my first visit, not sure if the awkward male cashier is fit to multitask on my second visit though. I would return. read more

I work in food service ; therefore , anytime I have a negative experience I like to keep it to myself because I understand . What I don't understand is how I placed an order for pickup , arrived a couple minutes after it was ready , and waited for 5 minutes in front of the workers to pick up my order which was only getting colder . There was a single other person in the store waiting to order , nobody at any tables and nobody in the parking lot . Always seems to be a cluster when you come in. Place an order on line and it says 30-35 minute pickup and it will take 45-50 without fail. Every time you come in, it's hilarious to watch the cluster of mistakes. One customer almost walked out with a door dash order by mistake. Very weird for a very simple menu. If you order from here make sure you expect extra time for your order and make sure to check your order before you leave. Needs new management/ new employees to get it running right. Never seen such an incompetent fast food location... For as long as this location has been open, we've always given them multiple chances but 20 minute waits turn into 1-hour, phones don't get answered or you're left on hold for 20+ minutes (not exaggerating). I've even tried ordering the food for delivery hoping that'll help but the delivery still ends up double+ the time quoted. Location is always understaffed and the employees are so busy that they never seem to have a good attitude. Food is great but I wish they would bring in more bodies considering the traffic. read more

This Wingstop location is actually where my love affair for boneless chicken wings started. I'm not a lover of a lot of heat...but love the milder offerings. However, when we came here last time, I was very disappointed! First- there were two girls working who basically ignored us for several minutes while they cooked other orders. Not even a "Hi, we will be right with you" , then the girl who took our order was akward and seemed bugged..... I know you wait awhile for your food here, and that is what it is. This time everything was super salty...to the point of almost being un-eatable....and the fries (which used to be my favorite) had changed and were more like steak fries and wedges mixed with regular shaped fries...so kind of soggy and gross.
