Hi guys! Had a pretty good lunch today at the "wing stop", I was in Elk Grove and decided to stop in for a few wings..... The place is located in a mini mall and the parking was somewhat limited and tight to get around, the exterior was nice and inviting. The interior was super clean, the staff very very friendly.... I ordered a double flavor of Teriyaki and mild spice with fries and an iced tea, my order was quickly taken and delivered to my seat within 10 minutes, very fresh and stove hot, fries were great, the teriyaki wings beat out the mild by a long shot! Nice place to stop in for lunch! Good job guys, I'm coming back for sure! read more

I tried Wingstop on Elk Grove-Florin Rd. when they first opened, and I wasn't too impressed. I didn't go back for quite a while, but a few months ago I decided to try them again. Wow! Big improvement! I've since ordered from them at least a half dozen times and I'm very impressed with both their food and their service. Their wings are some of the best around, and their online app makes ordering a snap. Their orders are ready when they say, and their online payment system is great! If you haven't tried them lately, give them a try again. They definitely have their act together! read more

We prefer this location over the Laguna one (even though this is further for us). Service and food quality is so much better here. We ordered for pick-up and our food was actually done at an appropriate time (a couple mins before our pick-up time). I was a bit worried our food would be cold by the time we made it back home since it's further for us. Our food was actually at a perfect temperature for us to eat! Our food wasn't too greasy or under flavored. It was just right. Our fries were crispy as requested (unlike other locations). Good size pieces of chicken too! Definitely will be our go to Wing Stop location moving forward. read more

People who work here definitely don't know customer service is a thing, they literally think they serve food for animals not people, one of the employees even threatened to spit in my food if she sees my name on order again, this was such a terrible experience, I don't think I'll ever go to any wingstop again. Most employees were extremely unprofessional and refused $20 refund, unfortunately food looked horrible and went straight to the trash and I wasn't going to eat it thinking somebody spit in my food, Great job wingstop I'll be back for one reason to make sure this location has all new staff or closed down. Placed an order for this location through doordash as a pickup on 8/9/24 around 5 pm. Picked up my food and came home to find 10 of my 30 wings which were supposed to be original hot flavored were just straight up plain. No sauce, no seasoning, nothing!! I called the store to ask if I could come back in and please have them remake my wings so I could get the flavor I asked for because who wants to eat just plain chicken wings with no sauce or flavor (not to mention it's already an inconvenience to have to go back in and pick them up when they messed up my order). They immediately responded with "you're going to have to contact doordash for them to fix it." I was confused because the mistake was not related to doordash at all, and it only offers the option to get a refund and I just wanted my wings remade. I politely explained that the restaurant I've worked with also deals with doordash orders, and anytime we personally made a mistake we would always apologize and offer to remake the food for the customer, or explain that they can go through doordash for a refund if that's what they prefer, and the worker dismissed me and said that's not how they do things there. The worker was very unhelpful and quite rude, did not apologize and simply kept repeating that I had to contact doordash. I frequent this place a lot. Usually when I come here, the food is on point and super fresh. Today I came and the food was just okay, it didn't have the same quality as normal. And also, when I came to pick up my food, they informed me that they would not be able to give me my food without seeing a copy or a PICTURE of the card that was used to pay. I asked them what the point of the confirmation email is, and they insisted I needed the card. Mind you, it is about 106 here in Elk Grove. Crazy hot and miserable. Imagine buying your food, driving 10-15 minutes to come get it, and then be turned away because of a new policy that isn't listed ANYWHERE, then have your food be cold because you had to go 20-30 minutes out of the way in this heat. The customer service at this location sucks. Most of the time the kids are just standing around talking to each other. Recently they always seem to mess up something with my order. I probably should check my order in the store, but they didn't used to be like this. Their policy of bringing back the entire order to even get a partial refund is frustrating. Most places would give you a partial refund or offer to compensate you the next time you come in, but not this place. I spoke to the manager and I was told I needed to come back in. Great wings and an amazing selection. Was inspired by a thread in the Talk section started by Ben R., who posed the question "Where are the best bufalo [sic] wings in Sacramento or Placer County"? Unfortunately, Sacramento does not have many decent choices for wings. But a pilgrimage to the Wing Stop out in Elk Grove (there's one in Roseville too), was the most fruitful trip I could have imagined. Let me caution you about the ATOMIC wings. They are hot! Habanero hot! The counterperson wisely offered to let me taste the sauce when I first placed my order. Just a dip into the sauce with my finger kept a lingering burn in my mouth for a good ten minutes! I managed to eat one atomic wing and leave it at that, because that was all I needed to appreciate its potency. I recommend the CAJUN or the ORIGINAL HOT varieties if you want classic hot wings. In addition to those already mentioned, they offer mild, hickory smoked bbq, garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, hawaiian, and teriyaki. I managed to try the bbq (yummy), garlic parmesan (needs salt... probably better with a dipping sauce), and lemon pepper (not terribly interesting). Cole slaw was chilled and not too mayonnaisey. Fries were wonderful (with skins still on 'em). They cook the wings to order, so you will have to wait a while for them to finish, but they are perfectly cooked. Served piping hot with crispy skin (the most important criterion!), moist chicken, and generously coated with sauce. Best wing place I've found in the greater Sacramento area, hands down! read more

At first I blamed it on my lemon pepper, thinking it's natural, but as I dipped every bite in ranch, I realized it was overpowering. So I had a garlic parm piece, which tasted more like just salt. I don't mind which Wingstop I go to but I've been loving tapioca recently so I'd go to Tea Culture before or After Wingstop. It works out for me. This location gets busy. What I don't like is that, we can't dump our own food, so when we come in to eat and there's an empty table, there might be trash on it so we have to wait for someone to come and clean it up, but it's ok honestly we can ask a worker and they'll come out to do it. So no big deal. When I come here I like to order the two can dine meal and add 5 extra wings for an extra cost. You get 10 wings, 2 fountain drinks, and fries. You pay extra for the veggie boat and extra wings. It's great for a cheap date or two eat with someone else lol. I like to order the lemon pepper, garlic parmesean, and original. But recently I've tried the Louisiana Rub, or atomic, but I like the atomic. The difference between the atomic and the most spicy one from buffalo wild wings, is that the flavor at Wingstop is better and the one at bdubz is just burning with no flavor. This. Place. Is. So. Good. We order from here at least once a week for 'cheat day' and we're never disappointed. The wings are always cooked to perfection being all crispy on the outside but nice & juicy on the inside, the seasoning is never too heavy or over salted as some Wingstop's have a tendency to do. The fries are nice and crisp the way fries should be and everything just taste fresh. Sometimes when you eat at places that serve fried chicken it can taste like old grease but NEVER had that happen here. EVER. The staff always greets us with a smile and are genuinely nice. I try not to come here too often because it can really take a toll of my weight, but when i come here, i indulge with every bite i take! I've tried almost all the flavors here, and came to a conclusion that my favorite flavors are the lemon pepper and original. The fries are addicting with the sweet and salty taste mixed together. This Wing Stop is a lot better than the other locations. The employees here are nice and more curious to Customers. The food takes the same amount of time to cook. I don't mind the wait since they are frying my wings on the spot. I do however really enjoy their dinner rolls here. There are always very soft and delicious! The days where I just want a simple bite to eat, I would choose Wing Stop. Their Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings never fails to hit the spot for me. The delicious Crispy Seasoned Fries are also very delightful to enjoy while waiting for the Hot Chicken Wings to cool down.
