I had no idea it took so long. I actually called the store because I thought maybe they forgotten about my order. They were nice enough about it, thankfully. The tenders are so-so. This location used to serve consistently good pizza and breadsticks quickly. For the past few…read moremonths it is very inconsistent. You rarely see the same counter staff in there each week and you never see anyone who looks like a manager or who is over 21 leading the team. For the past month or so the breadsticks have been horrible. Barely any butter or garlic or cheese, literally just bread with a little grease. We've also picked up a pepperoni from the Pizza Portal and got home to find it just a plain cheese. The last few visits the portal doesn't seem to be working or they are way, way behind. Tonight it was about an hour behind. The waiting room at times got crowded with people waiting so long. This isn't good during COVID. We watched pizzas just stack up in a pile in the back, some went int he portal with no names on the screen. No customers knew what to do and with no apparent manager the employees didn't know either. We finally asked if we could just have the next fresh pizza and breadsticks out. That did happen and they were actually decent quality this week. But after filling out their survey recently asking to be notified we never heard from them as promised. Tonight I called and the nice woman said someone would call me back within minutes to address it. That call never came. Reached out to Facebook and they said to fill out the customer survey again. I explained we never get a response as promised from that. Hopefully we hear from someone. If you are an owner or manager of this location you owe it to your employees to train them and be there to LEAD them. For your customers you should provide consistently good, accurate orders. We really hope you can turn this around.
