This place is filthy from the front door to the back. Horrible 92.5 grade. Windows in the front not cleaned, trash behind counter/kitchen area filled to top and employees walk right past. Had a couple of guest from out of town who wanted chicken wings so we ordered the Gametime Flavor Bundle with an extra order of fries. These were horrible, dry, weird powdertaste and tiny. I cannot remeber having worst wings and I am not exaggerating when I tell you Walmart wings are better than WingStop and I don't rate them very high either. The fries had a weird tasting powder that ruined them (How the heck can you screw up french fries?). I will never get wings from here again IMO just terrible. read more

I work in Garner 2nd and 4th Mondays only I love to swing by On my way home. I get the special for 2 bone in hot honey wings with light salt on the fries. They got heavy handed with the salt once and it doesn't take all of that. Overall experience here has been good. The staff is always nice and it's not crazy busy. We personally like their medium Buffalo and garlic Parmesan best, cooked extra crispy, with seasoned fries. They provide a good honey mustard and ranch too. It is easy to place an order over the phone and ours has always been ready upon arrival and accurate. It does get pricy, however, it is comparable to other wings restaurants in this area. Customer service is spotty and best at their new location off Fayetteville Road in Raleigh. We have eaten here several times I'm surprised I don't have a picture. If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed an order online and were quoted 21-26 minutes. We waited for an hour because the kitchen decided our order was too large to fulfill. Instead they prepared the smaller orders that came in after ours and prepared ours last. Mind you, we ordered a chicken sandwich combo, 10 traditional wings combo, 20 traditional wings combo, 3 piece tenders combo, and two 5 piece tenders combo. After waiting 35 minutes. We asked about the order and were told that they were waiting on tenders. 25 minutes later the tenders were ready. Lies. Tenders have a shorter cook time than bone in chicken.
