My husband wanted something on the east side but I decided to get wingstop. I was surprised at the friendly and cheerful disposition of the staff. The inside was clean enough. The atmosphere had a light happy tone because the staff of this particular shift. The food was not the best I ever had or the worst. The fries were hot and crispy. The wings were crispy and sauced well. The quality of the products could be better increasing the meal experience. This however is not anything the staff could have done better but the responsibility of their ordering entity to demand quality. I really was just impressed with the staff. Keren was the host on my ticket, but they all appeared to function as a team including the fella who was sent to get a plunger which might have set my appetite aside but because the place was clean it didn't bother me too much. Well I just wanted to say in a time where eating out tends to be more trouble than it's worth and I'm sure dealing with the many different personalities of customers can be exhausting this team seems to be conquering the industry in solid cheerful customer service. Food, Service and wait time. Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience today. I put in an order for the $16.99 boneless meal deal, and an extra 5 boneless wings around 4:50 pm. The order was to be picked up at 7:00 pm. My fiancé got into the establishment around 7. When he got to the counter, a tall thin white gentleman helped him and told him he did not see the order and can he see the online receipt. I stopped using this location awhile back due to the lack of professionalism but my daughter choose to order from here on 6/29/2024. Once the order was placed I arrived at the store within 45 min. Once I pulled up about 4 of the employees was outside talking laughing (nothing wrong with that) however one person was in the kitchen working so I'm sure not everyone gets a break at the same time. I told her no absolutely not just go ahead and cancel my order and refund me. She got the biggest attitude and was like "ok let me help my customers" . Ok that's fine am I not a customer, shouldn't you finish with one and start on the next? But I stood to the side let her help the lady behind me. She then went to the back office for about 15 minutes come back and says "your done you'll get your refund" I then asked for a receipt of proof, she rolls her eyes and snaps at me and says "oh no we don't do receipts you'll get a refund". I was amazed with her attitude as if I'm just inconveniencing her life. I asked for name (Ciara maybe not spelled that way) here it is the next day no confirmation.
