Every time I come to this location I have the unpleasant experience with most of these workers. Most of them are rude as hell and very lazy. The rude cashier always greets with these words " are you here to pick up or place any order". One you tell them that you are here to place an order. They reply with " it's going to be about an hour to 1 1/2 for wings"! It is not hard to cook wings and they are very unprofessional workers. Wingstop is definitely my number one Wing location.. When they opened in Montgomery a couple years ago I was there and got hooked. It's just everything that they do and how they prepare your food. Well done wings and fries. The Ranch though is by far what got me hooked, it is the best ranch hands down. I always get the Louisiana Rub wings well done because I'm not a fan of wet wings and I got my fries well done with Cajun seasoning. Omg. How do I start? I was in the mood to grab wings. I remember that someone recommended a wings place on Atlanta highway. I should've read the thread post more closely for the exact name but I didn't. As I was driving I saw Wing stop to my right and thought it was odd that there weren't any cars. I called and they were all great at customer service on the phone. Then it gets bad. I see a lady dropping off a baby and they leave her behind the register. I sympathize with working moms but we're in a middle of a pandemic with no treatment or vaccine and a baby is dropped off around 6-7 employees in a compact space. Keep in mind, None is the employees were wearing a mask. Nevertheless, I received my order but didn't pay for the food. After waiting five minutes, I asked to pay for my food. I ordered a small which comes with 6 wings and 2 flavors. The flavors I chose were Hawaiian and my favorite Lemon Pepper. Well the Lemon Pepper has to much seasoning and the fries were extra salty. Where it's located I wouldn't put it right next to a nail salon. So of course all we could smell were fried chicken and the fumes from the salon.
