I don't think people realize or even know how long the wings and chicken cooks for, people think that just because the receipt says the food with be ready at a certain time that it will be ready at a certain time but it's the opposite, sometimes it's busy and sometimes it's not therefore it all depends. You might not think they are busy because there is no people inside the restaurant, but people order online and call in to do orders so it all adds up. If you don't want to wait, try calling ahead of time or place an order online it's that simple. Just remember that the employees at Wingstop are humans just as much as you are! Ok.... I've left a very positive comment in the past after all the negative comments that I've read however I am now sold that the negative comments were absolutely true. Within one month I've ordered Wingstop, the first time my fries were not seasoned at all. The second time my wings were not seasoned at all. It's a pattern and it seems like it's just getting worse. First when I arrived there was nobody at the front counter, and when I asked to pay for my order I was told to hold on because the cashier was busy in the back. Fine that's OK. Then I was told to wait eight more minutes because my food wasn't ready. Making it a total of 45 minutes waiting for my food. And finally when I do receive my food, the order is completely trashed. Do not try to use Apple Pay here!!!! I called ahead to make sure they have Apple Pay. I get here and my card shows up as unsupported I tried my other card that's attached to my Apple Pay, and that showed the same. I don't have my physical card. I just left the gym. I was trying to pick up some food. So we were going to try to use the other register, but the guy is on break so my food and myself have been waiting for 15 minutes for the guy who runs that register to get off a break so he could try my Apple Pay on his register. After waiting the 15 minutes his register did not work either, during this time the girl working there was trying to be as nice as possible but nothing in their system seemed to work. After 30 minutes of making my food and another 20 some odd minutes for me trying to pay for my food I left without my food . Terrible night, I hope they get this problem figured out. read more

Ok so I placed an online order and as you can see they didn't get the order right and we got barbecue bone in instead of boneless so the mother in-law wasn't super stoked but it doesn't stop there. I walk in and give my name and the lady at the cash register says we're bagging your order now. I step to the side and wait patiently watching 5 large orders get bagged and placed on a rack. There's myself and one other customer in the location. I'm thinking there's no way my order got bagged and they didn't tell me right? So 15 minutes pass and I walk up to the same lady and ask if my order is ready and she goes to the rack and says here it is and proceeds to hand me the three bags. It was literally a Meet the Parents movie moment where Greg is asked to step aside at the airport terminal.
