Get all the things! I have been craving wings and found myself near a Wingstop...so today was the day to try it out. So worth it! The hot honey rub lured me in, so I got that on some traditional wings. If you like sweet heat, go for it...it will not disappoint. Fries were pretty good when they were hot, but quality declined as their temp dropped (to be expected, honestly). But rub them around in that hot honey and I will eat them at any temp. I played it safe with a few bbq boneless wings as a safety net. I'm not usually a boneless gal, but these were great also. The best texture I've had for a boneless wing. I would probably get a little more adventurous with the sauce for the boneless wings next time...but I would get some boneless again. I ordered an extra ranch, but in hindsight didn't need it. I got the 8pc traditional wings and they were dry and really crunchy. Like almost burnt. For 4 people it was $65. The workers were nice but there was a language barrier. There was also a guy that just kept getting on his phone while working. I didn't think it was very professional. We were SO happy that we chose this restaurant. When I called to place a takeout order, the lady who answered was very patient and kind. I had never been to a Wingstop before & so I had a lot of questions which she answered so pleasantly & helpfully. When I got to the store I had a chance to interact with some more of the staff who were also very kind & pleasant. Ok, enough about all that, I got the boneless wings which were really wonderful. Sweet staff! They were so kind even though it was late and about an hour before closing Food was hot and delicious! How have we not been to wingstop before! Garlic parm wings were very rich but oooh soo delicious! Smoked BBQ was delicious too, fries were soggy but fresh guess that's just their standard fries. They should revamp these no one likes soggy fries right Again, wasn't the restaurant staffs fault they were soggy, just their style. I'd recommend the veggies instead of the fries. I tried Wingstop for the first time tonight with a buddy. My first impression was that the boneless wings were huge and they tasted great. After 3 or 4 wings I got tired of the flavor and it wasn't too good anymore. After I ate some wings and fries my stomach started to hurt. I then realized why they called it Wingstop...like stop eating. I got back to the hotel and blew up my bathroom. Rip my $25 I just spent. Other than that service was good and atmosphere was good. Wingstop on 3rd Street in Terre Haute is dirty. Tables are sticky, floors, windows and beverage area is dirty. Ice dispenser doesn't work. Bathroom is out of service. No trash cans. Employees stand around when there are no orders. Food was good but makes me wonder how clean the food prep area is. Total incompetence by the staff. I came in and ordered a 10 piece and was told the wait time was 15 minutes. Twenty minutes in I was asked my a staff member if they could help me. I showed them my receipt and was advised that they did not have my order as they four staff members blank looks on their faces. I asked for a refund and they had to call the manager at home as they could not figure out how to refund my money as I paid in cash. Sauce good, but proceed with caution!! Ordered online and set a time which worked flawlessly. My first concern was that it was super bowl Sunday, and a place with wings, beer and televisions has maybe 6 people eating there. I ordered atomic, mango habanero and regular hot. Second noticeable thing was the atomic were obviously bigger than the other wings as if they were from a completely different shipment of wings. The skin on the atomic larger ones just appeared and "ate" different than the other ones. Anyway, at 3 in the morning I awoke with stomach cramps and other Unmentionable actions(mind you this is all I ate besides some fruit from home all day) and I continued the process for 2.5 days. This place is brand new and it's already dirty. The table we sat down at was greasy and dirty. I don't understand that...no napkins or paper towels on the table? It's a chicken wing place. Am I missing something? Be prepared to wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes. Which is very concerning because there's only 6 people in the restaurant. The staff could care less about customer satisfaction and it's obvious it's just another overpriced food joint that will not last! I guess my biggest concern to relay to other possible customers is the price---oh my! Very overpriced for what you receive! So 40 minutes later and still no food. There's no food worth all this! Product doesn't justify the wait or the price! When they finally called my name I went to the counter and the food was sitting in grease, and not flavored. Very disturbing. I do recommend if you are tired of bdubs. The food is always made fresh and the wait time is not very long. Very good customer service. Staff is very nice and even brought food straight to the table. Stopped in for a quick round of wings while passing through Terre haute. Over the last couple years I have found myself becoming a big fan of chicken wings. Never tried this chain so thought I would roll the dice...YAHTZEE! I was not disappointed. For a chain, and that is in no way a put down, these wings were legit. The young fella in the kitchen takes his job very seriously and the results show. Got an order of 10 with 2 flavor choices. Now if you are the type of person who would go to a wing place and 1) not order wings. Then you are dead to me. 2) Not try the house buffalo sauce. Then you are dead and may jackles scatter your bones...Ok that seems excessive but come on! So half buffalo, half Louisiana dry rub. Couldn't be happier with either choice. Buffalo was leaning heavily on the butter but with still just a hint of zing and heat. Dry rub was peppery, herbaceous, garlic magic. And when I said extra crispy, these guys took me seriously. Price was fair and consistent with other wing joints. Always over priced in my opinion for throw away protein that was given new life with the advent of he wings craze. Overall well worth the stop. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Place was dirty just like other review. Waited over 45 minutes for wings and the place only had maybe 8 tables. Only 12 sauce choses and not a non spicy BBQ for the kids that don't like spice. Fries came out limp and over salted couldn't eat any of them. Employees acted like they didn't care if you got waited on them. I was informed before I ordered that the wait would be around 20 minutes but ended up 45 minutes. For the price I paid, $30 for 3 combo, you would expect a good product. For a company that all they do is wings you would expect that they could get it right. Also, same complaint as other reviewer about the music. Had uncensored music playing shouldn't have to worry about my kids hearing the F word, which they did. I notified an employee and she stated that they had been complained to another day about it and they changed it. I absolutely love the rolls and the 60 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesday's are always a great deal!
