It appears that they were precooked and then cooked again until there was no moisture left in them, was extremely disappointed since we did wait at least 15 mins where they could have cooked them fresh or at least not refry them so long. I've had their wings at their restaurant locations and was very satisfied, but this TOGO location was a major disappointment and makes me wonder if the whole Buffalo Wild Wing chain has gone down hill?

TL;DR - Great food, completely unreliable food prep time and service; your DoorDash or Uber Eats…read moreorder is guaranteed to be wicked delayed or likely cancelled. Let me first say, the food is amazing (if you can get it - that's the key here); however, it's ultimately let down by the fact that this is a VRC (virtual restaurant concept). So, you can't physically get takeout to grab your food and go, you're forced to order it through either DoorDash or Uber Eats. That would be fine, but the last 3 times I have tried to order through both DoorDash or Uber Eats, this location has cancelled my order after nearly 40-45 minutes have gone by. This means, at this time of night, that not only have they cancelled my order on me, I now can't order from nearly anywhere else because they're all closed, and if I do find a replacement restaurant to order from, I'm now nearly 2-hours out from when I initially tried to order food. Not only is this incredibly disrespectful to paying customers, but it's disrespectful to the delivery drivers who wait around and waste their time only to have the restaurant cancel. If you guys want repeat business/customers you need to figure out a way to prep orders a lot faster and a lot more reliably...this is ridiculous. As I'm writing this, it's going on well over an hour since I placed my order and you guys still haven't finished it. Never again. I'm guessing this order will be cancelled on me as well because we're about at the 75 minute mark for a few wings and some tater tots. Unacceptable.
