I submitted…read morethe order at 11:30 AM, well before the 12:30 PM same-day delivery cutoff stated on their website. After placing the order, I received a confirmation message that said: "Thank you for placing your order with us! We will take every precaution to make sure your flowers arrive on time and as beautiful as you would like for them to be!" That message made me feel confident in the service--but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. My card was charged, and I waited all afternoon expecting a message from my mom. By 4:30 PM, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the flower shop to check--wanting to confirm before asking her and potentially spoiling the surprise. When I called, the person I spoke with said it looked like they had been delivered because the florist remembered making them, but they couldn't verify with a driver because no drivers were currently there. After being placed on hold for a while, I was finally told that the flowers had been overlooked and were never delivered. I was told this happened because they've been busy with Mother's Day--which I do understand. But this flower shop has been in business for many, many years. If they can't keep up with demand, they should not be promising same-day delivery on their website. That's extremely misleading and ends up disappointing customers like me, who trusted their process. I explained that the flowers had to be delivered that day because my mom wouldn't be at work the next day. The only option I was given was to have them delivered to a house tomorrow, which completely missed the point. If I had wanted delivery on a different day, I would have scheduled it for then. No one offered to let me pick them up or to make any effort to deliver them later that evening. So I had no choice but to cancel the order. What frustrates me even more is that no one reached out to let me know the flowers hadn't been delivered. If I hadn't called, I would've just been charged for something that never showed up. I spent 20 minutes on the phone just to find out they had dropped the ball entirely. This was supposed to be a special and thoughtful surprise. Instead, it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I would have happily gone with another local flower shop had I known this would happen. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

They offer a wide variety of gifts and flower arrangements. They have very nice house plants and windchimes, Fannie Mae chocolates, home decor just to name a few. Currently they have several beautiful displays of Valentine's Day gifts to browse thru. Along with all these things they also do special occasion flowers such as weddings, prom, funerals etc. Their flowers, in my experience, stay fresh for several days! The day I went in I was looking for a sectional gift for my daughter. None of the bouquets in the cooler display really caught my eye so the owner asked if I had something specific in mind. We came up with the idea to do some red and white flowers with black accents in her school colors and the bouquet turned out beautiful! I also had them put a couple balloons on it as well. My daughter loved them and now 5 days later they are still as fresh and lovely as the day I bought them! I highly recommend coming and checking them out any time you need flowers or beautiful gifts for that special someone in your life!

There are pre made gift baskets there, and they offered to let me pick my own items out, and they will pack it in a basket for me. The world's worst idea for customer service…read more We have about 25 Kimball FLIP chairs and during the last year, about a dozen of them have broken. I called Kimball customer service and inquired about what the weight capacity rating is, (because of the breaks, I assumed it was a lightweight and could only hold 150 lbs or so) and they said 273lbs. With that information, I let them know that that I think their chair might have a quality issue. They told me that I had to talk to a dealer and have the dealer tell them about the issue... they absolutely would not take the feedback from me. I told them that our dealer told us that they no longer deal with Kimball.. their reply was that they would connect me to a sales rep at a dealership near me... Wow. If I owned Kimball or was CEO, I'd be horrified if my customer service did not receive and escalate this issue. When I refurnish or open another office, I will highly recommend that we stay away from Kimball because their customer service doesn't care about safety issues in their chair. OUCH! This is about a SAFETY failure. Their chairs break and don't live up to standards and they want the consumer to jump through hoops to tell them about it--- that I would have a customer service rep, refer me to a salesman nearby to tell them of their chair safety issues. Their designs might look good but they aren't up to standards and want you to jump through hoops to tell them about it. HORRIBLE. -5 stars. Sadly, I think I they used to be great furniture builders and now reduced to irresponsible money grabbers.

Pros: Great Quality Made in USA Great customer and technical service We had to move our desks but could not figure out how to take them apart (they are very well made and very heavy). So we called technical support line. We were surprised to get somebody in USA who was able to explain everything. When our call got lost, we called back to get the same person on the first ring. What a concept ... great customer service for great product made in USA. Worker was super nice explaining to us step by step what to unscrew and how to remove parts. He was really patient and took his time to make sure we got the answers we needed. Went to Lowes and they said I had to contact Whirlpool to get it fixed. I called Yoders to see if they could fix it, they said they would look at it, and get with Whirlpool. When all was said and done, I received a new washer from Whirlpool. Thanks Delmer Yoder for helping me when Lowes told me to take care of it myself. I will definitely be buying my appliances from Yoders from now on. Great service!!!
