Had a photoshoot of my newborn baby! I honestly could not be happier. The photos are second to none and the staff were brilliant! Made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived in the studio! We have used Wink three times in the past 10 years. The staff have changed, but the quality and standard of the work has not. From naughty toddlers to our shaggy dog and countless relatives. Absolute disgusting service from this amateur business.I would recommend using another reputable company.We were running 15 mins late due to traffic and getting two babies ready.They were telephoned and informed of the delay and all OK. When we arrived at the address we could not find it due to a lack of signage or directions. We called at 16 minuets past and were told that we had now missed our appointment(2 hour session booked) and would not be seen.Good job my husband was not there as they would still extracting the camera from their backsides. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. The Manager David is so rude, I booked through a Groupon deal and he obviously does not like people who have vouchers. You are offered 4 photos, but are then only allowed to choose 2 options. They charge you £4.95 for delivery of the photos which cost them £2.20. I questioned about one of the photos and was hit with a barage of insults from David, he got very personal which was totally uneccessary. I would definatley go somewhere else if you want good service, it will not be a nice experience and the photos will not be what you want. read more
