The landlord said it's okay but, the lease says only 2 cars are allowed. So, the landlord plays favoritism. I also have photo and video proof of people renting out the carports to other cars. But, the landlord said it's okay even though in the lease it's CAPITALIZED that it's not okay.

When I passively asked them if I could just mix the paint they left with a drill attachment, they just said 'yes.' No realization that they had forgotten to finish the job. The paint they used for the gutters filled with water eventually and bubbled out. Seems like a painting company should know what kind of (or how) to paint gutters. They suck. Take your money elsewhere.

We were in the process of closing on the house but did not have possession yet. I honestly expected that he would just say, "No, can't tell you anything until we get inside the house." I was pleasantly surprised when he put together a list of detailed questions so he could give us a better idea of the costs we were looking at. Once we got possession, the actual bid was in the same range. He knew we were in a hurry to get the paint done so we could move in and was able to get a crew to start on our house the week after we closed on it. Ryan, Roger and Devonne did an excellent job and paid close attention to detail. Anytime we would stop by the house they would give us an update of where they were at in the process and what was left to do. Zach and the owner, Jeremy, stopped by at the end of the job for quality control. They all worked great together as a team - very professional. We are very please with the outcome.
