Went there in March of 2026 to get a passport photo. The photo was then taken to the passport…read morecenter at the library for it to be processed along with our application. To our surprise, the photo was not up to standards and rejected. We returned to this same Walgreens to get a return on the passport photo which ended up taking about 15 minutes. The money was put on a Walgreens card that could be redeemed at any Walgreens. 3 months later I tried using that card at another Walgreens and to my surprise again, the card had only $3.00 compared to what should've been on that card to begin with - the price of the passport photo. I called the customer service line on the back of the card to find out what transactions were put on the card and if and what the card was used for. They couldn't find anything in it's history. I was then advised to go back to to the Walgreens where this originally took place to find out what happened with the card. I know for a fact the card was not used by anyone since the return of the Passport Photo. Also keep in mind the same person who took the bad passport photo also handled the return. Pure incompetence and stupidity at it's finest. I'm not going to this Walgreens or any other Walgreens again to get simply aggravated and ripped off. Thankfully, we have CVS here and they will get all my business from now on.

One Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They offer services beyond filling prescriptions. Free delivery, compounding (which is hard to find) and both pharmacists are so helpful and supportive of their customers. They even have helped patients in their homes go over what pill bottles they have, help teach patients which medications to take, help discard expired or old medications. I've never seen that level of caring before from a pharmacy! I hope everyone in Palm Coast will stop going to overcrowded chain pharmacies and start using One Pharmacy!

THE WORST PHARMACY IN FLORIDA…read more Avoid this place at all costs. They never have products in stock and once it is ordered they NEVER follow-up. You need to call them to check if it ever came in and when it does it will take another day to fill. There's always an issue with insurance and God forbid the pharmacist can't interpret the instructions properly, then it goes into we will call the Dr. and a week can go by before you end up calling Dr yourself. The staff seems to walk around aimlessly chatting with each other and not helping customers. They deserve zero stars. And. for all that you get to pay a price higher than you can get at most other pharmacies. It's a real mess.
