Do not take your apple products there, they said they are not authorized to work on apple products…read more After having them having my iphone 16 for a week, they literally destroyed it and said they could not fix it. They also charged me for a diagnostic, which they did not do. I had to take it to the apple store, ( which I should have done in the first place).The tech at the apple store informed me that there was never a diagnostic done on the phone and had 12 heat warnings on the phone in the last week, (probably from the heat gun they used), they also informed me that Techfleet are not authorized to work on apple products. The phone will now cost me $400 to fix. I will try to add photos of what they did to my phone.
