He left on a Friday and did not answer any of my calls or Texts. When I blasted him on FB a week and a half later he decided to call and "give me an update" after reading what I said. If it was the truth he would have told me the metal was ordered and in. I fired him. He left several piles of cut metal and trash laying around the house. I first contacted him on March 10. I fired him in early May. He had a crew of five who all during that time worked 4 days and only completed a little over half the roof. Jorden was in and out and obviously did not oversee his crew like a true professional. Not only did he raise the estimate over $2000 his crew cut the metal in ragged pieces. I had to hire someone else to take over and ordered the metal myself. You know the old saying-if its too good to be true it probably isnt. DO NOT USE HIM!!!! HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

It was recommended we have it glued down. It's beautiful flooring but clean up after installation was TERRIBLE. Glue was left on the floor every where. At transitions and in various joint spots throughout the floor, and all the way up the stairs. Broken kneecap in July so I haven't been able to get all the cleanup done yet ‍ They offer beautiful flooring but monitor installation. Was not in town during installation to do so, and contractor doing the build wasn't much help in making sure clean up was done.
