They helped to get my paperwork for the visit straight. Next Nicole escorted me to my assigned space and worked with me to get the questions on the portal answered. She was energetic, formerly from Compton, MD and most gracious in her work. Tara, who took pictures of my bad shoulder asked me with humor " have you been oystermen tonging for boulders." This shoulder is not in a happy place, but Dr Johnson will cut to the chase She took me back to my assigned space where Dr Johnson met me. He had a trick up his sleeve. He prepped where the shot was going and Said: "Now wiggle the toes on your left foot". Becoming engaged, I made certain they were moving. AND before I knew it the shot was done " because he knew exactly where is should be put! Not to be lengthy but Mike Travis did my hands, Daniel Bauk did my hip, and Colleen worpked on my knee. Needless to…read moresay I have cancelled all my appointments because I refuse to be charged 50.00 if I'm sick less than 24 hours before my appointment. I can't control the time I get sick. In fact my husband got therapy from them and got sick and cancelled the morning of. He was not charged. So if you are a patient there and sick less than 24 hours you better go there sick, contaminate everyone or you'll get charged $50.00. Not to be gross but I guess I should have gone even though I was running a high fever and would have puked everywhere had I gone to my appointment. That would have been fun for them to have to clean up. Be careful signing their 24 policy (which I did) because even if you're deathly sick she will not waive the $50.00 policy. I have never been anywhere that they prefer you to come in and get everyone sick (including other patients even if they just got out of surgery) or you must pay the $50.00 fee.
