Then, Covid happened. He closed his practice, and joined 1 Alliance. Biggest mistake he could have made. He's not the problem. This office is operated by the rudest and most unintelligent ass-clowns I've ever experienced. And his assistant Jill is a pitiful woman. Making an appointment is near impossible. Their response times on phone calls and emails are ridiculous. I couldn't take it anymore. I left this practice after being a long time patient of Dr. Haley because 1 Alliance completely soured the relationship. And the kicker - the office manager when you call the main line couldn't give two shits. No apology. No interest in righting the wrongs. You're just a number to these people. If Dr. Haley doesn't know how poorly all these fools make him look, he should. He really is a great doctor. But the entire staff needs to be fired and replaced. Any place is better than 1 Alliance.

She's been working with me for almost 2 years & I am appreciative of her... She's an angel...literally. Anyone who gets Yvette assigned as their counselor has a good thing going for them.
