What a poor customer service experience. After discussions with overseas call centres that would…read moreconstantly create issues with my service I went into store to get some issues sorted with regards to a service that i needed to disconnect (and one that i wanted to retain). It was a complicated issue and one that i struggled to have the person understand over the phone. When i came into store, I was told that this is not something that would help with in store and was given a really dry and blank expression. There was ZERO service and they even agreed that it would likely get stuffed up by the call centre which is WHY they wont do it in store. I can understand that sometimes things are not possible, but if Telstra stores are going to be happy to sell you something, at least provide as much support when you need to disconnect. Really disappointing experience.
