We had my son's iPhone screen replaced here, and from the moment we got it back, it was never right. The screen started glitching almost immediately, never functioned properly, and within 30 days it developed lines running up and down the display. The screen also became loose, making it obvious the repair had failed. We brought the phone back with our proof of purchase, expecting them to stand behind their work. Instead, we were told they wouldn't help because we didn't have the exact receipt they wanted, even though we had our purchase receipt showing the repair. Rather than honoring their work, they offered us a "discount" to pay for another screen replacement to fix a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place. What disappointed me the most was how we were treated. I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful way, and at no point did anyone seem interested in making the situation right. A quality repair business should stand behind its work, especially when a repair fails within a month. I always try to support local and small businesses, which makes writing this review even more disappointing. Unfortunately, between the poor quality of the repair and the lack of customer service, I can't recommend this business.

This store is very deceptive and shady and will completely take advantage of you, store manager…read moreJake is the WORST. Completely unprofessional. They over-charge customers consistently and ((hope)) that they won't notice. Well I noticed and asked Wireless World (who at the time, I believed to be Verizon instead of just an authorized dealer) to rectify the problems with my account and bill right away. The manager assured me he would but stated that the changes wouldn't take effect until my next bill. Of course when I got my next bill, nothing had been corrected and the credit that was due hadn't been applied... so I had to make another special trip to the store, wait an enormous amount of time, and still ask to be helped by him even though the other clerks told him we were waiting for his assistance and the customers before us had left the building. I showed him my new bill, showed him he hadn't in fact corrected the issue as promised the last time, told him it needed to be taken care of "for real" this time and that I didn't have time to repeat the hour+ visit every month to deal with the same issue again and again... at that point he refused to help and told me to leave the store. After investing precious time and resources (yet again), I said I wasn't leaving until he corrected the problem. At which point he called the cops in front of my toddler daughter and proceeded to fabricate an outrageous story to the officers on the phone so that they would come and have me removed -- my daughter panicking the entire time, asking, "Mommy, are they going to take you away from me???" and basically traumatizing her. All because he was either too inept or too crooked (likely both) to do the right thing -- make the necessary adjustments to my account and credit back what was over-charged. This store, and especially this "manager," as of now is guilty of THEFT. This Jake is completely unprofessional to refuse to help a customer with a legitimate grievance. And just a crappy person in general for doing what he did to my 4 year old who was terrified on account of his actions. I hope his power-play was worth it to him -- a move that only made him look like a pitiful weak boy instead of a professional worthy of the position. Trying to puff himself up to a mother and daughter simply trying to get money returned that was rightfully owed, only made him look small and petty. Time to put on the big-boy pants and learn some business and leadership skills. Either of his underlings that I met in the store would have been far more qualified to do the job. On the plus side, the officers he called to the store couldn't have been nicer to us. ; ) The issue I encountered was entirely "Wireless World" and not Verizon, who really ought to do themselves a favor and cut ties. I certainly wouldn't want the likes representing MY company.

When the bill came the next month there were data charges to our account even though we never agreed to the charges. We took the iPad back as I wasn't prepared to pay 2 years worth of data. The whole thing was shady. When we returned the iPad they credited us back our money, and likely because they lost their commission, CHANGED OUR WHOLE FAMILIES NUMBERS WITHOUT US KNOWING. Which is incredibly inconvenient. We called Verizon and got on a 3 way call with Verizon and Jake (worst manager on the planet). He hung up on us the moment we asked him why they changed our number. Luckily the Verizon representative was listening in on the call the entire time and was apalled at his behavior and unprofessionalism. She is currently going forward with an investigation into this situation with upper management as she agreed it was completely impossible to 'accidentally' put in a request to change customers phone numbers without their consent or knowledge. Elijah Chapple is a slime ball. Even though his name was on the changes made he denied doing it. Don't ever buy anything from here, they are shady nasty business men who are going to charge you things you never agreed to, then change your number because they are mad they lost their commission when you ask for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST. Verizon needs to cut ties with this place immediately before they lose business for being associated with these dishonest twits.

When we returned 45 minutes later, the device was far more damaged than before. The screen had a large yellow stain that wasn't there originally, and the back of the phone was popped open, clearly mishandled. Instead of taking responsibility, the employee tried to blame us for "giving the wrong phone model," despite the fact that no one asked us for any information at all--no intake, no paperwork, nothing. When confronted, he suddenly took a fake phone call and pretended not to speak English to avoid accountability. To make it worse, Cellairis Corporate claims this location "hasn't been a franchise since 2021," yet the kiosk is still using Cellairis branding, signage, and presenting itself as an official repair location. Whether they're lying or this kiosk is operating under the Cellairis name illegally, it's a massive red flag. We were only not charged because my husband grabbed the phone before the employee could reach for the card reader. This is not a repair service; it's a scam operation hiding behind a recognizable name. I've already reported this to Mall of America security, MOA Guest Services, and informed the Samsung, Apple, and T-Mobile stores nearby so they can warn other customers. Do not trust this kiosk. Do not leave your phone with them. Do not give them a single dollar.
