Terrible storage units and poor security. Trash, building repairs stuff and vehicle trailers everywhere on the grounds. If my unit was behind one of the trailers it would be hard to get in to. Currently in a state of repairing everything... still taking everyone's money though. One time I arrived and there were units exposed with renter's stuff exposed to the outdoor elements while they were putting in new doors! I couldn't believe it. My unit's door was broken but the only thing they could offer me was for me to move all my stuff to a new unit.... yep, still charging me and no discount. Just now visited the units and the front gate was left open. I called them and they only said I could leave if I wanted to. No apologies, excuse or discount.... just you can find another facility they said. read more
