The buyer had requested an end of the month closing, so I'm sure they were super busy, but 7AM? Really? The only good news was that when the husband signed, they told me not to show up until 7:15 since I wouldn't be needed right away. Overall though, I was happy with the service we got from Assurance. No need to drive to Appleton for a decent title company!
