The two higher ups (Michelle and Jessica) have never managed a place before at least the way it seems. Also some of their workers are under trained in house they have no place to be in. The following payday after being assured they fixed the error I was informed by my bank that they did not fix the issue leaving me without pay 2 days before Christmas and told I won't get paid til 2 days after as well...when I called to find out why they didn't actually do anything about my pay the agent explained to be after i told her they gave me inproper instructions she informed me that if I filled out my paper properly then this wouldn't happen which makes no sense.
