If a zero star rating was possible, that's what they would get. Awful communication. Was verbally told one price, more than $30,000 was added the first time we saw a statement, then the total (JUST for water removal) was almost $70,000. They tried charging us for their mistakes (they had too big of equipment to do the job and kept it there 2 weeks longer than needed). We were promised a completed job within 2-3 weeks. 4 MONTHS later, a lot of phone calls to them with a lot of broken promises, and repair work still wasn't started. They didn't turn in the insurance work until more than a month after they started the water removal. They told us the inflated price was "a numbers game with the insurance" but never reduced the rate. Shady business at best, but definitely fraudulent practices. If you want to spend $50,000 then they are your people! They want to handle everything because they want to cut the communication out between you and your insurance. Then, when your insurance doesn't send a check in a day, they call or bill you everyday threatening to charge 1.5% daily interest. They also hold your gate clicker hostage you graciously gave them. read more
