After I paid the retainer via LawPay, he sent a copy and paste GoDaddy link with a catering email attached to it and told me I was refunded and that I must pay again. He refused to send proof that he sent the letter and he refused to inform me if there was a response. My inquiries made him angry and he made 7 or 8 threats, stating that he would file, and had already filed, civil and criminal complaints against me. The entire time, he repeatedly said I was a problematic client and repeatedly told me how many laws I was breaking. He uses an out of state address with no disclosures.

Pam ignored me so intentionally that I assumed I was at the wrong cash register. I made eye contact with another employee and she motioned to Pam and the other employee that I needed assistance. Pam did not greet me at all but she sold me the tickets. Pam did not ask me if I was taking the boat ride and I did not know that I needed to inform her of this so I showed up without a yellow wristband or a ticket for the boat ride. The sculpture park was wonderful and the staff there was professional and courteous. Y'all need to talk to Pam. I do not enjoy being ignored. When Pam sees a paying customer she needs to mute her conversation with her coworkers, greet the customer and handle business. Unless, of course ,you're paying Pam to chat with her coworkers while ignoring customers.
