I found this business on Craigslist and took a chance. I have a large tree in my backyard that had…read moregrown so much it's large branches covered my deck. It was impossible to stand on the deck without the tips brushing my head and I am only 5'4". Abe (the owner) was very quick to call me back. He arrived on time the next day to give an estimate. I accepted his offer and he and his worker did an excellent job. A couple of the branches were at least 6" in diameter and were very high up. They worked efficiently and cleaned up. I was very pleased and would have no problem recommending this company. The fee was competitive. It was not cheap, but it was fair.

I called this company first thing in the morning before I went into work. I messaged him my address, but heard nothing from this gentleman until 4 days later. During this time I had to call someone else to come and take care of the trees before they fell on my house. I would like to add that his read receipts were on as of the time that I messaged the address so I know he read the message. However, when he finally got back to me, he claimed that he had gone out of town. From a customer standpoint, a courtesy to the customer would have been to let them know you would be unable to make it, as opposed to basic no call no show.
