After five weeks I still don't have my blinds so I called at 2:05 PM on a Friday and they did not return my call. They are not open over the weekends and close at 5pm and usually call goes straight to VM. . Sure, they give you a 20% discount over "retail" but the blinds are still very expensive. Over $8000 for 6 windows and sliding glass doors and they are not even the remote control kind. But again, the lack of responsiveness is the primary reason I cannot recommend this business.
