Grossly overcharge for everything and pad the time they take to do the job. Charged us for time while they were at lunch. Charged us to tell us the hot water heater is leaking, when there is obvious water on the floor. Do yourself a favor and do not use them, as there are many other plumbers that will do a much better job and will charge fairly for labor. This company is NOT one of those.
