If I could give this business zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! I was scammed out of nearly $300. I was contacted by one of WisePoint's "resume writers" on LinkedIn. She promised me a package consisting of a resume, cover letter, LinkedIn optimization, and 50 job applications she'd submit for me. If I didn't get an interview within the time frame following the contract, I was supposed to get an additional 20 job apps applied to on my behalf. I have NOTHING to show for from this resume writer. She never shared proof of applying for jobs. She never even delivered her services. And they charged me $287 with Square, because they're smart and know if I went to dispute this with my bank, it couldn't be recovered. I'm a recent college grad, now with an over drafted bank account, struggling to make it through the pandemic, out $300, no interviews lined up thanks to "WisePoint Group." I paid ($199) and filled out the survey that was required for the company to start on my resume on 10/17/2021 with Julia. I have emailed Julia and Wisepoint, sent messages on LinkedIn and left voicemails. I have yet to hear from anyone. Please anyone who is looking into doing business with this group stay away. I wish I would have known this prior. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back and search for someone new to work on my resume. Did the resume writing service with WisePoint Group. The resume was 3+ weeks late and I know the person must have been busy, but my resume was basically empty. Lot of words at the top but in any of the positions it was only 3 or so bullet points. I would not recommend them to anybody unfortunately. Had my resume & CL done which turned out great but a long process. I decided to have them do my portfolio so it stayed inline with resume well that was the biggest mistake ever. As it's taken months to try to get done with the 1st draft something a middle school kid could of done so stated this and that for $500 it wasn't ok needed completely to be done as I couldn't use the 1st draft what so ever. It then is months later & still no update or new drafts with me emailing almost weekly asking for an update. I asked for a refund & she went completely ghost. The worst part is I had referred others to her which she did similar to of taking $$$ but going ghost/non responsive. She is not at all professional or keeps a timeline or respects your time. I am still awaiting a refund of $500.00 as I am left with finding another company to actual do my portfolio in a timeframe that isn't months plus stress & follow up.
