My wife and I were conspicuously followed around the store by both employees the entire time we were in the store. I got dirty looks from one of them. We felt uncomfortable the entire time. I've gone back and forth in my head about writing this review. I enjoy stocking up on cards here and checking out all the random things, but Saturday was honestly painful. I had my whole family with me and the employee would not leave us alone. Every second she was there following us around or "showing" us something irrelevant. It was honestly so incredibly annoying and rubbed me the wrong way to the point we bought what we had in our hands and went shopping elsewhere. Cute store but their customer base seems pretty firmly white and over 50, so if you don't fit that description, then you will probably be followed around the store and watched like a hawk. It's unnerving AF. Also, I realize this is supposed to be a high-end boutique, but the price gouging is a little ridiculous. In their Valentines display, there was a box of Valentines-themed Junior Mints that was marked $5.00 when I saw the identical box of candy at the Dollar Tree yesterday for $1.25. Buyer beware. Sorry, but that doesn't sit well with me. Let's go to the dollar store and buy cheap candy and then mark it up by 400%! You can honestly purchase most of their items online for about a quarter of the price. I'm all for shopping small, but not when you're being profiled and taken advantage of. read more

This is a great store to wander through and just get lost for a little while. It's organized by color and theme so you really do have to look at everything because what you're looking for might be on a differently themed (colored) table than your initial thought. But it's a fun place and the gifting options are endless. I have a friend with a Christmas tree completely covered in food ornaments (former chef) and I found her an avocado toast ornament to add to her collection. Grabbed a Lizzie Post Weed Etiquette book for a former-debutante-current-stoner friend, and a bunch of other oddly specific items to fit my needs. I feel like this store is over hyped. I have been hearing about how much I need to come here for a long time and how much people love this store. Upon my visit I thought the store was really cute until I started looking at the prices of things. Tiny notebooks were $10, candles $30, bridal napkins $8, specialized bottle openers$115!! I know Wash park is an expensive neighborhood but I can't justify spending this kind of money on gifts. They have anthropology pricing without the anthropology name and I didn't feel like anything was special enough to spend that kind of money on it. I think I will stick to Etsy. read more

I have been following Wish on IG forever and finally got a chance to make it in...and it was SO worth the wait!! This store has everything and I am not exaggerating - no matter who you are shopping for, you will find them something here. And if you've seen something on IG, most likely they will carry it (think Pinch Provisions, Surgarfina and Corkcicle to name just a few). The store is adorable and PACKED - so I would recommend going when you have some time to stroll around and take it all in, you don't want to miss anything and every table, shelf and display is overflowing with all kinds of fun, beautiful and cool stuff. I honestly don't think I will wait for another occasion just to shop here, I will probably just go shop for myself lol but it will definitely be my go-to for gift shopping only because I love the unique-ness of the things they carry. I am really guilty of being an online-only shopper but having gone to Wish, I think I can say that has changed (at least when it comes to this store). It's so beautiful inside and it caught my attention because they sell literally the most eye-grabbing merchandise, accessories, clothes, and Hilarious novelty items. Catherine was a huge help to me and even was ever so kind, that her kindness made me want to spend more and more. In result, I totally did and felt the beauty of enjoying the best service ever. Heather and Bree were extremely nice and friendly too. I think they're amazing and supported my shopping trip 100%. I came in to buy one small thing (seeds of happiness for school leaders I mentor) and left with many other things that I absolutely "needed". This is my favorite little gift boutique in town. I always find something here for myself too when I go shopping! They have so much stuff yet its all organized in cute little sections so you can browse each one at a time and not feel overwhelmed. This is hands down my favorite little boutique in the Denver area. Maybe boutique isn't the right word, but my point is, this place is great. The store itself is pretty small, but there is so much to look at that it hardly matters. Everything is pretty well arranged as well, i.e. all the wedding stuff is together, all the brunch stuff is together, etc. there is always something new and cute to buy, everything from stationary to champagne gummy bears to lokai bracelets. There is such a huge selection! I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a unique gift for a friend, or even someone wanting to treat themselves to something cute. In love with this local shop! My favorite store. Such a great selection - literally a gift or a card for any occasion. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and can help you find that perfect gift. On the flip side, when you know what you want or are seeking solitude as you shop, you have to be VERY clear with them that you don't NEED any help as they tend to stick very close to the shoppers. The University location is convenient and the Happy Canyon store offers a larger selection in a more open floor plan. A great experience for shoppers of any age with a fun, modern selection across price points. Even my shopping-averse husband will shop there and my tween and teen girls love it too. Ok where do I even begin to find the words to express how much I LOVE this boutique?? Wish gifts is 100% my favorite place to find gifts and so much more. It usually turns into buying gifts for myself as well but that's probably why I enjoy it so much! If you have not been to this place, get in your car right this very moment and go! I have taken almost all of my friends and family there and now they are hooked. Be prepared to spend a few hours there because they have SO much unique stuff! You can literally spend the day in there and probably not see everything they have but they have it displayed in a very cute and organized way. There has not been a time I've been in Cherry Creek area and not got excited about stopping by Wish. The have a great rewards program and all the ladies that work there feel like your new besties!
