Very quiet and restful, great place to unplug, a 10 mile walking trail outside your door. Bucolic surroundings. The Host. Ute loves the animals they save so much and she gave my wife and teenage daughters a great tour of the property and introduced them to the longhorn cattle, the sheep, goats and so many other animals on property. Kind and so welcoming, and this place is always tip-top maintained, landscaped, clean, safe and secure. Great WiFi. Cannot beat the (monthly) rate. Clean bathroom with shower if need, clean laundry with FREE new commercial size washers (it's the small things, lol). Everything works all the time. RV park can hold the largest of rigs (not sure about semi/RVs) as there is at least one large destination ttrailer. Wide lots - we are definitely NOT sardined in! Pads are all concrete. The storm shelter is a welcome addition as we have all been in there on about 3 separate occasions in 2025! Alabama lives up to its Dixie Alley weather, lol. Everyone is nice and looks out for each other. Yes, some of us are retired, many work in the area, and then the true vacationers. No matter what, it is a community. I feel blessed to have found this place!
