Very good attorney and very good person. I rarely need an attorney but whenever I need advice, I call him.

Do not pay Racheal Witherington in full until services are rendered. She won't return my calls!! 40…read moreof them and no response! I paid in full in June of 2025, and I'm still waiting for her to call me back. It's Jan 12,2026.

My partner hired Withericngton for his divorce. It took two years and I felt that she didn't…read morerepresent him well. For example, he tried to avoid bankruptcy to save the $45K in equity in the marital home. His ex-wife sold the home without any input from him for $65K and the realtor sold it shortly later for under $150K. His attorney ignored his email when he tried to stop the short sale and refinance. She finally sent an email response after the home was sold and 67% of the equity in his home was basically handed over to the realtor that her firm worked with. Afterwards, her email stated that it would have cost too much to refinance. Later that email and other correspondence was stolen from our home. She also encouraged him to give his wife, who previously put a DNR on him at age 55, ownership of a life insurance policy. After the divorce was final and this attorney sent a letter that she was no longer representing him, she then sent a letter stating that he had signed an incorrect insurance form and they needed his signature to sign a corrected form. We suspected that this was a lie. He signed because he was threatened with jail. Now he is being harassed again by his ex-wife's lawyer demanding that he sign another update or go to jail for contempt of court. We believe she is up to something wrong because we were told the policy coverage couldn't be increased by his updated signature. I suspect she is selling or has sold the policy. He has had attempts on his life. Recently her lawyer, from a legal firm for the disadvantaged, has harassed him for this signature as he lay fighting for his life in a hospital
