It turns out that Veterans are allowed 3 visits billed to VA benefits. I rarely go to a doctor, so this should cover all my needs. It's also better than going to Longview or Shreveport for VA. Dr Caltrider was fast, efficient and easy to understand. He also mentioned the founder was former SF. Interestingly enough, the founder was a few years before me in the Army and we may know some of the same people. Small world. The care is unbelievably great here. Unlike other reviews, I understand this is not a regular doctor office but Urgent care, which is between emergency and PCP most times. Nearly lost a fingertip to an angle grinder and they fixed me up last time. This time it was an internal issue, but I am confident that post medication, I will be right as rain. I see a poor rating on their medical acumen, so he must be a doctor. "physician heal thyself" then. Or maybe medical billing and access to their computers for the claim they overbill insurance. Or maybe it's just BS. Check it out for yourself and if you don't like it don't go back. This is my new clinic.

MD's tend only to give you bandaids in the form of unnecessary pharmaceuticals and surgeries. Dr Reichert has helped me to look past those outdated and unhealthy treatments and works with me to choose healthier alternatives. I had a prosthetic set to arrive Thursday and I needed it for Easter. The office was filled with paint fumes and hardly tolerable. Understandably, they left for the day. After some calls, the office staff coordinated and even returned after normal closing hours to help out. Amazing care! Further, doc generously offered to come in good Friday to adjust and help. I declined and he offered again. It is over the top, professional care by any standard!
