It is pretty easy to setup which was nice. But, after a bit I wanted to add the advance feature, but I thought I could add this item later rather than at the first setup. I thought I would give the company a call to help find this hidden feature. I have had the toughest time finding any support or corporate phone number. I did locate an address in Lewes, DE, but still no phone number. I use my Withings scale on a weekly basis. The battery icon didn't flash & the unit didn't turn on for my weigh in. I had a text chat with Withings today. They don't offer customers a service telephone number. So I communicated back-and-forth with representative James. I asked him is there a way that I can reset the device because it's not turning on and I've replaced the batteries. He continuously told me in so many different ways, there is no way that the unit will work again, it's old, replace it. I asked him again before we ended that part of the conversation, is there a way to reset the device it's a smart device. While he was giving me a 30% discount code for a new scale, I looked up on YouTube, during our conversation via chat, on how to reset the device, I then shared this information with James and told him how to give customers proper information instead of just trying to upsell a new device. I do not recommend. Their watches are very nice but service is aweful. No phone number for customer support. Their Chat suport is horrible, unproductive, and highly irritating. Very pricey watches that work but have absolutely no support. They should return to France, their home of reference instead of being a total BS, Non Supportive establishment. I would actually rate them as a zero if it was available. They need to straighten up their act or go out of business. Chat support is horrible. They can't help with the most basic issues like reseting a scale. And they can't connect to a Senior Support person, only saying one will contact you. HORRIBLE support. Buy another scale read more

Impossible to reach them to get phone support for issues they publish a toll free number that is missing a digit!

I think the customer service Withings is just dreadful you can not send email or phone them the only way to contact them is the chat line which is useless I'm going to send these scales back and find a company who looks after its customers thanks Tandi read more

This company has been informed twice that a charge on my debit card from their website, is fraudulent. My bank has done all they can, but Withings refuses to actually look into the problem. Juxtapose that with Vitabrid, another company that was given my card info to make a purchase (and who are located in South Korea), who had the culprit's information given to the authorities, and the charge on my card reversed by Friday evening (my reporting of all of this took place on Thursday morning). This company clearly only cares about their bottom line, and not making sure the billing address matches the card being used. I've had orders fail for a small error in my billing address, let alone and entirely wrong address. Withings is not a company anyone should do business with. read more

Customer service is terrible hard to contact and they offer chat or email no human CSR.

Beware of packaging! So I purchased a $250 watch and a $200 scale from this company. I received the scale and on the outside of the box it states 12 months free of their health service included with the purchase of the scale. I couldn't figure out how to claim the free service so I contacted their chat support. The chat rep tells me that the packaging is old and the offer no longer applies! I purchased the product directly from Withings within the past month. Why are they sending packages with false advertising. They should either honor the offer or refund a portion of the original purchase. I was told my chat transcript would go to senior support, but I doubt they will do anything. I'm almost positive my chat has disappeared into the black hole of "your concerns are important and valued, blah blah blah." I suppose I will just file a false advertising case with the FTC. read more
