Hello, My name is Pete, I am a local of Southern Utah, and these questions are "real life" to me. Over the years, life has presented many challenges, hardships and difficulties to me and my family that have formed the basis of these questions. Now, I know that I am not alone, nor do I have the monopoly on trials, but for that reason, I wanted to share with you ONE SOLUTION which will solve so many of life's challenges, and potential problems. Now, I guess that I am a pretty normal guy, I don't know much about the law, but in retrospect, it seems like we have had our share of legal issues, and, like most people, I don't like to spend money on things I can't take home and enjoy. For several years, I made an attempt to save myself money by handling my own legal issues. I would look for templates, or boilerplate contracts on the internet, and then modify them the best I could, to fit my needs, only to find out later that some of the needed legal terms and clauses that I had cut out (because I didn't understand them) had left me in real trouble. As time went on, I realized that I was so inexperienced with the details, rights, terms, and laws pertaining to each area of life, I was either going to have to spend time studying law, or get an attorney. Being very busy as most husbands, fathers, and providers find themselves, I reluctantly pushed myself in the direction of finding a law firm that could handle all of my personal, business, retirement and family needs, only to be overwhelmingly surprised...and so relieved. The paralegal offered me legal help. She lied on a character reference addressed to my Judge. I have never met this girl in person and don't know why she went to the effort she did to interfere with my case (she used Witt Law to identify her work email on the reference.) Now my attorney has a private investigator looking into our texts as she made the situation worse for me while telling me she was helping. I cannot recommend a place that can hire an employee that would do that. I'm sorry, but this is an honest review of my brief experience with an associate of this law firm. Marshall doesn't seem that bad, I have never met him so this in no way is a review of his legal skills, although I do question everything now based on his staff. (Below is the reference and attorney response for the reference.) She also said that she would return money I loaned for legal purposes in person (see texts below) and is now refusing.
