They pretty much promised it would be the best thing for my business. A huge return on my investment. I should expect a 4:1-7:1 ROI. We it's been 3 months and as far as I can tell after 3 months and having spent $3k and I'm contracted for 6 more months and another $6k I've seen "0" in return. Not a single customer from the radio advertising. In the current business environment, being forced to pay with no return is like having a crashed car. Taking it to the body shop who promises to make it better than new. Picking it up a month later and after paying the bill have them show you to your car which is in the same condition it was when it was towed in.

I won on a Saturday and went the following Monday to claims prizes. Well, they didn't have all three prizes available yet so they gave me the two they had and took my mailing info down to mail the third one to me. A about a week later they called me to inform me that the third prize was in, and they needed me to come on to confirm I was who I was. I told them that they had my mailing info to just mail it to me. But they still wanted me to confirm who I was. It cost me about $8 in gas to go there, which I already did the first time. It wouldn't be cost effective to ride all the way up there to get one more prize. Except for this incident, this is the best station around here! I don't listen to anyone else...

Their call letters WXPN, or…read morejust XPN has come to mean Experimental Pennsylvania Network to all who are lucky enough to be able to receive their signal on the radio dial 88.5 FM [can also be streamed digitally]   Throughout the course of time I've been one of those lucky ones who has always been able to show support through donations and in turn have received a non stop musical value that I can never put a price on. They literally play EVERYTHING on this station from Classic Rock, Funk, Blues, Hip Hop, and Alternative all entirely commercial free. They rely solely on donations from listeners who have had enough of crappy commercial radio. It is such a Killer venue for incredible music that I find myself writing this Review for this one-of-a-kind Amazing Radio Station. Come And Get Your Tunes On!!

I grew up in Delaware and attended public schools, such as Bancroft and Bayard in Wilmington, and remember seeing liquor stores across the street. I also recall finding used condoms and drug paraphenalia on the playgrounds, and being told by teachers not to touch or pick them up. I know Delaware can do better than this, and for you to get upset with Tyrese because he was stating the obvious is a shame on you. I urge the Delaware community to stop tuning in to Kiss 101.7 until you apologize to Tyrese and the Delaware Community for your lack of concern for the welfare of our children. Also, Tony, you are quoted in the DE News Journal as saying, "I wasn't going to allow him to degrade inner-city people and judge them. They have enough to deal with then have some guy preaching to him." Tyrese grew up in an inner-city community in L.A., very similiar to Wilmington, DE. He lived the life of a poor inner-city youth and is sharing his story of how he changed his circumstances and used every opportunity he had to be successful. I attending his speech on Tuesday evening at the University of Delaware and he gave a very motivational, entertaining message to the crowd, to use the ideas in your mind to create something new in the world. He told us not to be afraid of your ideas and dreams because God sparks the thought in your mind for a reason. He wasn't being preachy and didn't have a better-than-thou attitude. He was very relaxed, and spoke to us like we were sitting in our living room having a conversation. Tyrese is a strong, black man who is driven and focused. I support him and think you owe this man an apology. What have you ever done for the black community in Delaware? You have every right to kick whoever you want out of your station because you are the owner. But, people have a right to speak out against it.
