iHeart a lot of things, but the Media isn't one of them…read more It was cool as I was driving around Youngstown (as I often do) and listening to various pop radio stations, that I noticed the little headquarters of a bunch of the stations I was listening to, including the Sports Animal on AM Radio. That caused me to look up iHeart Radio to see why they are such a big influence all over the country, and that's when I had a shocking realization. They are actually Clear Channel! They were found out to be the politically-motivated tool-of-the-state and so changed their name to something brand new to fool people. Same company that banned Rage Against The Machine during the 911 fallout. Wouldn't want to criticize the government. To be honest most of their stations here in Youngstown (and I've heard several), just play the same old tired Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift songs 24 7 anyway. Wasn't impressed at all. And it's worth remembering that some of those who work forces are the same that burn crosses.

I'm gonna take care of that at some point. Until then, I listen to a f***load of radio when I'm on the road. Sadly, radio stations mostly play the same old crap so sometimes I indulge in NPR (the only bearable politics) or some Sports Radio (which is such an American thing). I really liked this channel! It was entertaining, the guys were knowledgeable, and they covered a bunch of different sports. I ended up leaving it on for awhile. Now when I'm near Youngstown, I actually turn to AM just to check it out. Which is really unusual for me because usually I nowhere near AM. It would easily get 4 stars except that it's owned by evil Clear Channel under their new name, iHeart Radio. I do not heart Clear Channel.

This radio station is a joke they have a very limited amount of music they play it's all the same…read morething over and over and over again. They claim to be a rock station they barely are. They run out other stations who actually play good music just because the station is been around so long. If you wantA real rock station listen to 97.7 or any other Pittsburgh or Cleveland rock station.
