This place is located at a shopping center on Fairburn Rd, not far from exit 37 along Interstate 20. This area is fairly easy for accessibility, but it could be a bit harder during peak traffic times. We originally got off to get lunch at a fast food chain place since it was around lunch time, as we were traveling Interstate 20 to make our way to Meridian, MS that day. However, when we got to that other place, it was empty, so I looked up reviews for those other places, and were not so good. After that, we were getting ready to leave when I looked up and saw WNB Factory. Then, I turned to Yelp and looked up the reviews for here. The reviews were fairly good here, so we drove to that part of the shopping center and stopped in. This visit was on December 29, 2017 around 11:15 am. When we came in, we were immediately greeted by two female workers at the counter. Since we didn't know much about the place, we took a little while to decide on what we wanted on the menu. After a few minutes, I decided on the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries and my mom had the Philly Cheese Steak with fries. They do have a mayo based special sauce, but declined as I am not a fan of mayo. The workers were great to work with on this visit. After ordering, we sat at a table waiting for the order to come up. It took about 10 minutes to come up, which is what I was expecting. The food came out hot and fresh. This was way better than any chain fast food place I have been to. The grilled chicken sandwich was hot and as ordered. They have some spiced type salt that you can put on the fries as well, which was a good addition. My mom said her cheese steak was hot and good as well. Prices were quite reasonable for what you get out of it. Overall, this was a great spot to find along our travels. If our travels take us this way again in the future, I will be looking out for this place again in Douglasville. If you are in the area regularly or traveling, be sure to check this place out. read more

Staff was friendly. I do like the fact that everyone has to wait outside until their order is ready. The drink selection was pretty limited but that's not a huge issue for me. I had decided to try this place one day on my lunch break and hey I must confess this food is actually pretty darn good! Consistent freshness, very friendly employees, a nice new, clean restaurant and restrooms, and they have a good menu selection from seafood to fried rice along with the wings and burgers. The wings are great and the burgers are awesome! They have their own special burger sauce that you need to try! I am not sure that the fries are natural cut tho which was the only strike against them. I've eaten here 3 times and I would say I like this place and will come back for a great wing and an awesome , freshly topped burger! read more

Ordered from this WNB from Uber Eats, not realizing it wasn't the usual WNB location I've ordered from before (Mableton). Either way, I didn't realize one company could have separate vendors because this location's food was wayyy inferior compared to the Mableton location. The fries were not cooked and still tasted frozen. They didn't have the drink I requested so I had to sub for what came out to be a flat soda. This was my first time visiting this place. I got there around 9:05 PM and ordered a turkey burger with fries. So after 30 mins of waiting I went to the cashier and asked where was my food. By this time I'm guessing he was the owner asked what was my order. Would you believe they had already closed the grill down and I didn't get any food. I love the WNB food, but I was so very disappointed in the food at this location. 1. I kept calling to place my order ahead, but the line kept going to a voice mail that was full. When I got to the store to order my food I mentioned this to the young lady at the register and she said that the other young lady was on the phone, who then looked at me rolled her eyes and turned away from me. 2. I use the term "young ladies" but they were more like young girls, more interested in talking to the young boys that were going in and out (not placing orders) than the customers. 3. The 12 BBQ wings I ordered ( all flats) were over fried, and the chicken was old and one of the flats was only a half part, like it had been cut in half to make a full order of 12. The fries were cold, but I will say that the fried tilapia was very tender. That was it's only saving grace. To sum it up, I will not be going back to this location. Things to improve: 1. get more than one phone line or at least empty your voice mail box 2. hire employees a little older, or at least more mature and have a better work ethic 3. hire better cooks. But the only down part of my meal was the coleslaw that I order on the side. They said 8 ounce but seem to me it was the size of a sample size. So check if you order it extra. I went in this business and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The only problem is when I got home my burger did not have bacon. I called the restaurant and they told me I have to bring it back to get credit. Then they asked me what I wanted to do about it. I WANT YOU TO HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ABOUT YOU!! Then the worker tells me that it was only a dollar. DO YOUR JOB!! GIVE ME WHAT I ORDER. Or do whatever it is in your power to make it right. I'm not driving all the way back up there today. My first experience at WNB Factory and it was not disappointing. We wanted a quick lunch and got Lemon Pepper Wings and Honey Lemon Pepper Wings and they were good. They were average size, good flavor and friendly staff. The dinning room is very small (6 tables) so you may want to plan on To Go. They offer a varied menu from burgers, shrimp, fish, fried rice and salads. We will be back to try other flavors. read more

If I could give them no stars I would!!! When the restaurant first opened the food and customer service was great. The last four times I have gone it has been a problem. First time I had a problem, I could only get 30 flats when they had initially been doing however many you wanted. Second time, I ordered crispy wings and when I got them they were still soft and they told me I should have asked for extra crispy inside of crispy. Third time, I placed a call in order for a 20 piece and fries, and my total was 16.03. When I got to the location they were running a special for a 10 piece wings and fries for $4.99, when I asked them to ring up my order accordingly they made a big deal about and didn't want to accommodate me. (Why wouldn't you offer me the special when I called in to place the order.) I went tonight to get a 30 piece all flats and they told me I could only get 20 flats. They are very inconsistent with their policies. As a customer that visits their location on a regular bases I expect to get consistency. The managers are also inconsistent because each manager has a different policy when they are actually on site. The young ladies that work there are young and don't understand customer service and the wait times are very long. After tonight I will no longer invest my money into this location that is literally less than two miles away. I really hope they can all get on the same page and actually show an interest in their customers and not just trying to make a dollar because we are their dollars. read more

This is a hidden gem not sure why the reviews are so low. When you walk in it is well lit and very clean from what I can see. I have ordered a few times i have gotten he bony lemon pepper and oh my god they are the bomb ! As in great! The fries are very good too and they have seasoning if you would like to add more. My boyfriend and I just ate there about 20 minutes ago and I was not impressed by far. The food was okay but my boyfriend ordered the Hawaiian burger and didn't get the pineapple that was supposed to be on it. Also, he ordered a SIDE of coleslaw (which is supposed to be 8oz) and got a 4oz ramekin of slaw. The lady charged us for the 4 but thinking he was getting the 8 we were very disappointed. The girl at the counter had very little knowledge of customer service apparently because when confronted with the problem she just started to argue. I thought that was very unprofessional and very rude. Also the phone rang as we were waiting in line to be next and it was our turn, she answered the phone and took there order before ours when we have been waiting in line for a minute.
